I dont know if it was they didn't have them or if they gave me someone elses order, but I ordered a cinnamon pull apart, and instead they gave me a taki sandwich (I hate takis) if it was they didn't have it they could've at least asked what I wanted instead

A Case of the Mondays

Wendy's is usually my favorite, compared to the other chains, easy 5 star. They're always friendly over there and have great food. Only lose a star because they get the order wrong here and there, its usually not a big deal, just frustrating when I pay for a bigger order and they give me someone else's tiny order. I wanted a burger and large fries, and I got a few nuggets and a small fry probably worth half what I paid.

Every time we go something gets messed up. Anytime we order something with bacon we never get our bacon! And its such a bummer 😱

I HAD A HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! This is so disgusting I can't believe this genuinely how does this happen, we'll ill tell you no one in there was wearing a hair net. If you have long hair you need to be wearing a hair net it's that simple. This is just so gross I really can't belive it please no one ever go to this Wendy's again.

Placed a $31.16 mobile order at Wendy’s Store #2768 (2339 Elida Rd, Lima, OH) on May 25th. Arrived to find the store completely closed—no staff, no lights, doors locked. Yet the app still took my money.

When I brought it up, the franchisee deleted my post and asked if I had “proof” the store was closed—something they could verify through their own sales and staffing records. No refund, no accountability, just excuses. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Definitely a non-inviting atmosphere you have a lady with red hair with a folk gang symbol. It’s definitely not a Jewish star how do I know I’m Jewish that is a either a GD or a folk necklace at the front window so clearly I don’t wanna be in an area where I have fear spending my money getting mugged by Wendy’s associates or Wendy’s employees that’s just not good business so I definitely will not be back. Do not want to be back. Maybe get rid of your gang ties at Wendy’s Dave Thomas will be rolling in his grave right now.

Got the wrong order through the drive thru. Went in and had to wait for ecru for help. The manager was very rude when he handed me the correct order. That staff needs some training!
