35 minutes for 4 icecreams, they do not put tickets in order inside they need an adult managing. 5 cars behind us got food and icecream.

Whippy Dip is one of our favorites most days they are packed to the rim of awaiting treats it was only one time I was disappointed... a large flurrie double choc chip cookie dough and double Oreo it always my order but there was no double cookie dough and no Oreo ... but we on on the way again today sooo... we're gonna try again

I don’t know what has happened but we pulled up with one car in the drive-through ice cream cone and a milkshake asked us twice what we ordered 15 minutes later asked for our money back and left…half a dozen employees standing around doing a lot of chatter.

This is the last time I’m going to whippy dip ever because EVERYTIME I go they never get my order correct. I get a Chili cheese dog with nacho cheese and onions with a chili cheese fry with jalapeños and I received a chili dog with ONLY jalapenos and chili cheese fries with nothing added. They have officially lost a customer for life because it’s sad that I cannot get a simple order correct ANYTIME I go there. 2-3 times being wrong is fine with me but EVERY single time I go to get a wrong order is unacceptable and unexplainable. Will not be recommending this business to anyone I know and will be spreading my bad experience to people who ask me about it!

I’ve been going to Whippy Dip for YEARS and they never disappoint. I have a relative from California who says this is one of his favorite spots Lima has to offer. They get busy but I don’t mind waiting that little extra bit because the popularity helps the business and keeps Whippy Dip around. This is also a great place for teenagers to work as a summer job as well. Don’t be swayed by the “bad” reviews!

CLOSED - We went out of our way to come here bc Google maps says it is open. Parking lot is blocked off and it is very much closed for the season. They should really update their hours.

The workers are always nice but when we went today, the owner was there, and my spicey cheese nuggets were burnt and so was my hotdog. I normally never have this issue I don’t know what was happening especially with the owner BEING there, I’ll be more careful on which days I go though.

We all got ice cream, and none it was worth going back for. The guy that took our order was really nice but the older lady with the short brown hair was very rude and seemed like she was bothered because she had to work. Not great customer service at all and hoping she’s not the owner

Portion size isn't bad but we definitely didn't get what we ordered and paid extra for.

Edit: We ordered a Black Cherry milkshake and received a cherry milkshake and ordered a peanut butter sundae with chocolate candy coat added (and paid extra for) and received a peanut butter sundae with a little bit of chocolate syrup that was hidden beneath the peanut butter.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They owed us a flurry from May due to making it wrong. They refused to give it to me because I didn’t return in May. In fact, the owner (?) acted as if I was lying about it. So I paid for another one so we could get home. When I received our order, they made the flurry and the sundae wrong. The other owner/manager (?) got an attitude about it. It was right there on my receipt how I ordered it. I understand mistakes happen, but what happened to customer service? A simple apology goes a long way. When you open the window and say “Here” with an attitude it does not leave a good impression. We will not be returning.
