The food is amazing every time. The chicken is so juicy and delicious as well as the numerous flavors they have available. I originally had an issue with the app and when I called in to get it fixed. They were so sweet and understanding. Manager helped clear up every thing. Very happy with this Wingstop.

Bone in wings all were fatty and not crisp. Price was fair, for take out wings, but considering how they tasted not a fair price as I could have easily made similar quality wings for much cheaper. I read that they all were fried and would have crisp skin. None of mine did, or the other 3 of us who ordered. Which made me very dissatisfied as why advertise something it didn't offer for us? It isn't a good value, in that sense, as I left thinking well at least we know what it's like. Wont be back, and while I only tried 2 sauces they didnt strike me as anything craveable. Anyway, too bad as the prices are competitive for this type of food

Stopped in to eat was told 25 minutes, it took a hour and a half and the food was garbage chicken strips was hard and crunchy and the fries was under cooked, I'll never eat there again.

Miss C. took our order, and had quite possibly the BEST customer service attitude I have come across in a few years that could rival my own!
I got the Hot Honey Rub, and quite honestly, they were better than I expected. Just the right amount of spice to not overwhelm the flavor of the chicken, and the honey added just enough sweetness and crunch to the breading. I got bone-in chicken, and was surprised on how little gristle/fat there was on them.
All around, great experience for my first time!
(However, if the place has Wi-Fi, why do customers need to connect to the Wi-Fi from the business next door?)
Second visit to this place. First time had a very long wait. This time we called an order in at 3:00 pm and requested a 5:00 pm pick up. Arrived and paid for order at 4:42 pm. Finally got our to go order at 5:30 pm. This was my last visit as I will not be going back as I don’t care much for poor service. I thought a 2 hr. lead time would be more than sufficient but apparently not.

It’s a new location so of course the wait was a little longer (and it’s a Friday night) but the employees were so kind and offered me a drink while I waited. Everything in our order was correct, hot and fresh! And $19 for 20 wings and fries really is a steal.

Extremely busy and ordered 6 classic wings and fries combo.Saw on FB you could get 5 free wings if you ordered wings and when I asked about it was told I needed a coupon.Only thing I saw was a code but just let it go since they were so busy.Took about 45 minutes to get my food.Wings were OK but not real flavorful and the fries were good.Will probably give it another try!
