I ordered a whole prime rib, not cut or tied, specifically stated do not cut ribs off, they did. Did not order the “large end” they also cut the fat cap off and tied, told them do not cut at all. Disappointing when you spend over $300 dollars. Last time coming here for overpriced meat.

They obviously don’t have a care in the world for the customers who actually support their business. Bob makes promises which never seem to materialize and Tom Keller acts as though he’s doing us favor by supplying meat. I will NEVER purchase anything from any of their stores again.Ordered a lamb more than a week in advance for a function. Bob assured me it would take 4 days max to cut. A week later I call (the day before the function) and Bob says they need another 4 days. I explain my predicament so he says he’ll do he’s best to get cut by the end of the day and he’ll call before they close. He never called. Needless to say, we had to change the menu for our function.Today I call to find out what happened - Tom Keller says he wasn’t aware of the problem however, the lamb was cut and ready since Friday!!!!Go to collect it and despite very specific instructions, it was not cut how we wanted. Because I no longer wanted the meat, we were ushered into the owners office (Tom Keller) who thought he could take the opportunity to be rude to us - that didn’t go very well for him.

We just finally tried the sausage patties today and let me tell you… ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We made breakfast sandwiches out of them and wished we had bought more. We will be back soon!

Got a 1/4 Hereford butchered and they did a fantastic job! Everything was perfectly cut, labeled, vacuum sealed, and boxed. Super nice folks, great butchers, and the entire location is very clean. I highly recommend these folks. If you're lucky enough to have a family member or friend that raises beef/pork etc you should definitely check these nice folks out to process you protein. They even load the product into your vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Keller Meats!!!
