Got a 1/4 Hereford butchered and they did a fantastic job! Everything was perfectly cut, labeled, vacuum sealed, and boxed. Super nice folks, great butchers, and the entire location is very clean. I highly recommend these folks. If you're lucky enough to have a family member or friend that raises beef/pork etc you should definitely check these nice folks out to process you protein. They even load the product into your vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Keller Meats!!!
Keller helped me navigate buying beef in a large quantity for the first time. With the rising costs in the grocery stores, it makes so much more sense to support local farmers and butchers for the same cost or less in most cases. The meat came vacuum sealed, and clearly labeled as to what each package contained. I will return for all my meat processing needs.
