My husband and I have lived in Litchfield for 7 years but have driven past the Friendly Inn many times and never really thought about going in. I recently had lunch there with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at my experience. So my husband and I decided to go for a quick dinner and found the staff very welcoming and the food was good too. The only food I've had here is the fish fry, I get it to go every couple weeks and I've never been disappointed. Should probably try something else but I'm not big on change when something works.

Just stopped in to place a "to go" food order with Bonnie. I had a drink while the food was being prepared. Great menu, the food was prepared perfectly, and enjoyed talking with Bonnie. This is a great place if you wanna stop in for a quick bite and a drink.
