Valerie was so kind!
Ordered a pizza at 4:50pm, called to check at 6pm and was told they were busy. Called again at 8:15pm and was told that they would be able to get it to us by 9:30pm. Completely unacceptable. Terrible service, didn’t offer any resolution at all.
Online order gave an error and said call store, so I did. They said there was no order in their system for me. However, the money came out of my account. So I asked them if I was just out the money and they said “yeah pretty much.” I assume once the order isn’t processed on their end I’ll get my money back. However, the workers attitude was absolute crap.
