Konnichiwa Japanese Steak House & Sushi

So, when Konichiwa first open it was realky good, everything was fresh, and you could just tell that they cared about the food. But over the past year (and with new management) the food has become suspicious and mid. What I mean by this is: I went there and expected my sushi to be hot, considering it obviously was just made and contained deep fried ingredients. It came cold, wirh some weird textures and some mysterious meat that didn’t look like the fish described. Overall I paid a hefty amount for food that just wasn’t worth the price.

Under new management!!! You guys wanna to check this place out! They have tastefully redone some of the interior, it's clean, and the food is delicious. I had the bang bang shrimp and it so flavorful!! The staff is attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing!
I used to get Carry out here but went through the new renovations. The dine-in experience is excellent!

Stopped here while passing through and ordered the chicken hibachi bowl- it was delicious, if i pass through this way again I will be stopping by once more :)

Delicious hibachi chicken bowl! And the London Roll is some of the best sushi I’ve eaten. Great service. Clean restroom. Definitely plan to come again!

Their posted hours are not the hours you can actually go in and eat. I have driven out here several times only to be told that they're doing takeout only. Being open for takeout only is not the same as being open. Then if you want to order to go, you can't order from the full menu because some of it is dine in only. I've given this place several opportunities but they just cannot honor their hours. There's better food to be had not far away.

I really enjoy this place and eat here often. We've never had a bad experience and the food is really good. The bowls are excellent and a great value!

I had such an amazing experience at Konnichiwa Japanese Steak House! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.

Rarely open during their stated hours. Getting tired of coming all the way out here just for them to be closed because they didn't feel like opening. Will no longer be giving them my business.

As far as the response - I was just there today and the open sign was off and they're not answering the phone. So no, you're not open every day. This is not the first time this has happened. I will be going to wild ginger in Hilliard instead.

The phone number doesn't work, I'm tired of fighting to get ahold of a company that doesn't have a professional phone number. And if you order online they want you to waste money on garbage like doordash which I refuse to throw money at. Very unprofessional...
