I read the reviews and was a little hesitant to get food here but I was hungry and went anyway. It was 11:30am when I ordered my food and I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries. I got my food faster than anytime I've ever ordered at McDonald's I was quite shocked. The sandwich was spicy, crispy, and tasty. The fries were crunchy and seasoned well.

Ordered food , took 45 minutes longer than original promised delivery time. The food came cold . I threw my fries as they were soggy and cold. Mac and cheese was only just mild and the milkshake must have been sat for awhile as it had a massive clump . My sister had the milkshake and drank 1/2 .. very disappointing. Had great experiences before but this was appalling

The food is good however 4 stars as the milkshakes seem to just be vanilla with a dash of flavour. If you order a chocolate or strawberry, you expect it to taste like it. Service was great, food came quickly after ordering, and brought to the table for us. Appreciate that. Now the worst bit. The toilet/restroom facilities are terrible! There are three single toilets, all of which are gender neutral! DO NOT like using toilets used by men for health reasons. Disgusting. They should have a ladies, men and a gender neutral for those that like them! Facilities are upstairs and couldn’t locate a disabled toilet. Will remember not to use their facilities in future.
They cut the chiken too thin! This looks like a mchiken Dont even try the tenders!!!!

Overall experience has been okay each time I've been here. Some visits were great while others were mediocre. Don't expect any real food during the last hour they're open. I came in around 10:20 or so tonight and was told all they had was ghost pepper wings and sides and that their fryers were already shut down for the night. Pretty ridiculous to close things down so early especially considering this Popeyes is in a truck stop where drivers come in all day and all night, and they can't even be available to serve food during their posted hours of service.

Employee touching her hair and eating fries with no gloves on. I sat here an watched after awhile everyone put on gloves. Hair nets should be mandatory when dealing with food. Manager cleaned tables while employees just stood around. Food: chicken always seem under cook . Cajun fries seem to not have enough seasoning, taste like regular fries for the price of Cajun. It's a 50/50 at this location. May be good , may not be.
