Just visited the Wendy’s in London. Only ordered 2 sandwiches bacon egg and cheese biscuits. After waiting an abnormally long time, neither one had bacon. The manager seemed to be the only one working because she was taking one order at a time. And she was eating when she took my money and eating when giving me my food. Very unprofessional. I just left there. Horrible customer service. They got my order wrong. Then he tried to tell me that’s what I ordered which was not. I went back and they still got it wrong. He continued to argue with me. After the 3rd time it was still wrong. I ordered 2 egg and bacon croissants. The 3rd time he deliberately gave me a croissant with only bacon. I do have corporates phone number and I will be calling them tomorrow since they are closed right now.

Wendy's is an awesome restaurant with friendly and attentive employees. The food was good, although there was a slight issue with the nuggets being inconsistently warm. The croissant breakfast sandwich may not be for everyone, but their loaded baked potatoes are a hit. This newly remodeled location offers great atmosphere, delicious food, and reasonable prices, especially with their $4 and $5 Biggie Bags. They have vegetarian options, plenty of free parking, and are kid-friendly with high chairs available. The restaurant is clean, with wheelchair accessibility and a convenient drive-thru option. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal with great service.
