Would rate this establishment 0 stars if i could just based off of the people they hire. One of there employees posted on the lorain facebook page that they would abandon a dog on the side of the road if they no longer wanted it. Based off the conversation it’s very obvious this employee has no morals. Terrible representation of the company and unfortunately i will no longer support due to her actions! Came here last night, my cookie dough tasted like strawberry. My girlfriend‘s ice cream was freezer burned. Staff was on their phone at the window, ignoring us. When we showed up, they rudely let us know that the dining area was closed. I understand that the dining room was closed, but they didn’t have to be so cutthroat about it.

Just went here to get milkshakes and they weren't even close to being a milkshake they were super runny and nasty will NEVER go here again

Don't go here for milkshakes, the chocolate tastes like chocolate milk and just as runny. Not worth the money they charge!

I went to this baskin Robbin’s at 7:40pm on 3/17 to order my family ice cream. Upon arriving at the drive through a very unprofessional kid talking in different accents comes over the drive through speaker and Is not understandable. We then proceed to try to order ice cream and every time we attempted to order something he comes on and says “we ran out” i ended up getting fed up and just leaving. This is very unprofessional to have someone like this working you drive through as it’s costing the business money and customers especially when you can hear him laughing through the mic after he would say something back. I will not return to this location.

I’ve always thought their ice cream was delicious, but the cookies n cream is my for sure go to! The fact that it’s attached to a Dunkin is the cherry on top (pun intended)

Yes, I like to help other users so they know and can visit businesses.
They had nowhere near the 31 advertised ice-cream flavors (only 12). The hot fudge was not-so-hot sludge... they gave up and asked if chocolate sauce would do. They were out of many toppings too. The ice-cream we did have was good though. We were the only customers inside and not all the tables were clean.
