Burger King has always been my favorite place to get a burger. There's been times when depending on the location the food was disappointing. Every now and then I revisit BK in hopes that it would be a better experience. This location continues to be a hit or miss, I might excuse room temperature burger if I was ordering late in the night. But this was the start of the lunch hours, today March 6, 2025 between the hours of 1pm and 2pm I received a room temperature burger. So disappointing. This location needs a lot of work done.

I went around 10pm to buy a milkshake and they said the Machine was off and when I ask to speak with the manager he never showed up

I ordered ahead online which was very easy andMy food was ready within moments of me arriving! The whole restaurant was clean as well as the parking lot clean even after a snow storm!

Angel rocked that drive thru this Monday morning Decemeber 30 2024. Just am all around wow experience. The food was excellent as well as the outside cleanliness. The staff seemed to really be enjoying their atmosphere. Kudos to Angel and this team. Thanks for a rockin experience.
Rude sat a speaker for 5 minutes no one there. Drove to window they were mad. Sloppy ass sandwich’s.

I’m not sure if I have the right name that was given and it didn’t appear on my receipt. so I’ll mention the young lady was working the drive thru on 9/19/24 at 9pm. Was very very professional and pleasant. I was surprised to receive such service as I normally don’t at a fast food restaurant especially during late hours.
My whooper jr was cold , burnt and tasteless compared to the other times I’ve had it. This location should be shut down permanently, the co workers don’t care to even be there so they put 0 effort into making the food. I like Burger King too , just not from this location horrible. Shut it down ??

Angel was the lady that took care of us at the window she was great at her job. Customer service was excellent she was efficient and very polite. She had a beautiful smile and was very professional she helped us and we had an amazing experience. Normally at fast food restaurants rude or forget our food but we give them a five-star review all the way around.
