I've ordered delivery through the doordash app (The first burger), and upon being delivered, it was entirely incorrect. I managed to get a refund (in the form of doordash credits) and then I used those credits to order a second time, the same order. Still, incorrect. I now have (2) wrongly made burgers. I had walked to the store myself to get the burgers remade, and I showed them my receipt. They made two extra burgers, and sent me on my way. Unfortunate for me, now I have (4) burgers that are incorrect.

Burger King has always been my favorite place to get a burger. There's been times when depending on the location the food was disappointing. Every now and then I revisit BK in hopes that it would be a better experience. This location continues to be a hit or miss, I might excuse room temperature burger if I was ordering late in the night. But this was the start of the lunch hours, today March 6, 2025 between the hours of 1pm and 2pm I received a room temperature burger. So disappointing. This location needs a lot of work done.
I went around 10pm to buy a milkshake and they said the Machine was off and when I ask to speak with the manager he never showed up

I ordered ahead online which was very easy andMy food was ready within moments of me arriving! The whole restaurant was clean as well as the parking lot clean even after a snow storm!
