I come by this burger king quiet often. I live in Elyria but my noyfriend lives close to this so I go through the drive thru mostly. One time I asked for a chicken sandwich with Extra mayo. I get a chicken sandwich with one slice of tomatoe on it? Went in. Told the manager, they gave me the correct order. Today 11-15-18 I order the 2 for 6 and a milkshake. I will include a picture of the milkshake. Yes it was that low when they handed it to me. very petty. I'm thinking it...
I love the food, and most of the staff is attentive. Its not good when a customer stands at the counter, and the staff see them, but does not say a word to them until they are ready. Even if you are training someone you are supposed to acknowledge the customer no matter what you are doing.
