The drive thru line was on 254. Because they close dining inside. Slow as all can be! Wasted about 40 plus minutes in the drive thru line! My hot fudge cake was thrown together. Total disappointment!!!!! And not sure why it took so long!!!!!

Usually not the one to give reviews because I really don’t care . But the owners are both rude . The ice cream is over priced . You definitely do not get what you pay for . Most definitely will be taking the kids elsewhere from now .

My new favorite ice-cream place. They have the best soft serve Ice-cream around. It was super creamy, smooth, and tasty. I'll definitely be back to try some other sweet treats.

This place is awesome. I love it. The owners are very kind, hardworking folks. The staff are all friendly, efficient, and hardworking. I try to go once a week at a min. The chocolate malt is great coupled with the mozzarella sticks or the sub. Top notch all the way. Something on the menu for everyone from baby to grandma.
I get winters are cold up here for your old bones, but sell the place already. You're open for 5 hours a day, 4 days a week, 4 months a year. Open one in Florida or Arizona or wherever you snow bird to.

Of course Tofts ice cream is well known for its incredible flavors and taste. But for this particular shop I was not impressed. Now remind you I'm native to the town and familiar with Cathy's ice cream. My wife purchased a waffle cone with 2 hard scoops, me I ordered 2 hard scoops in a bowl. Now the difference that had me disappointed was my wife's cone the ice cream was double the amount that I received and the "Boss" said it goes by weight, I thought it went by scoop? The these kids these days don't know how to respond, like zombies, not much customer service training there. Soft ice cream is practically at every ice cream shop around now. The experience sucked and will not return to an amateur ice cream palour as such. Thank you no disrespect, I just call it how I see it.
