Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I came in last night and ordered three chicken California and 3 regular strawberry lemonade and they were spoiled we couldn't drink them i poured them down the sink

Wings and fries are very good. My boyfriend had a cheese steak meal. Everything came made fresh and hot and very delicious. Seating area was a little chilly but nicely decorated with orchids on tables. Wait time was short. Will definitely visit again.

Went inside to make an order, there was no one available in the front I said hello 2 times and no one came up so I left

Wish I could put a picture here but it won't let me paid. $42 for three small sandwich and fries and the sandwich didn't even hardly have any steak. Ridiculous never again. Will I go back? Used to be my favorite haha

The food was amazing. The service was over the top. The young man at the counter was very polite and recommended to try other products that he thought we’d like.
He was super super nice. Highly recommend!!

Absolute garbage. The sandwiches we ordered had no mayonnaise on there whatsoever. We ordered one with mushrooms and onions. One without they didn't put any on either. And then the cashier gave our first order away to a different guy and the guy brought it back in and gave it to them and they turn around and handed it right to us as if we wanted somebody else's fingers on our food. We'll never eat there again, absolute garbage

Went too this location again yesterday and they are totally awesome !!! There was no long wait for my food and it was hot. And ready and my fries were very fresh ! Will be back too this location thank you

Employee acted like I was bothering her. I asked questions about the $20 deal that included a sandwich, fries, and drink for $20, she said she didn’t eat at work. Seemed irritated having to speak. I pay for my food, $20, then she asks for $5 after for the drinks. When I questioned that she said “that’s the badass menu”. She couldn’t say that when I asked initially? I’ll never return!

I've given them a chance to redeem. They were great when 1st open. Chicken Cali has always come with Pickle, lettuce, cheese, mayo & ranch. Now you have to ask for pickle and the last two times including tonight had to go back in for the pickle, barely any cheese, NO RANCH like come on. The ranch is the key to the sandwich. Hubby's Philly cheesesteak had no onion, no mushroom, barely any peppers and they sprinkled a little cheese on, ummm it's a CHEESESTEAK. I'm done. I'm sad as I was so excited to have a Charley's but eating out is a special treat and Charley's is no longer specisl.

There was no wait, bathrooms very clean, and food was hot and fresh ( meat on Philly cheese steak could use some seasoning) but other than that it was good.

Portion sizes are way down. This used to be a good place to eat, but they started getting very stingy on portions on cheesesteaks and even fries. Cutomer service is bottom of the barrel if you need assistance. Not worth going here anymore.

First time here. On a Sunday around 12:30-ish. They were busy the cashier was a younger girl who went out of her way to answer questions I had and explain anything else. I ran my drinks out to my car and here comes the young lady from the kitchen with my food! She was the absolute sweetest super long black hair I wish I had caught her name. Literally it took 5 minutes or less for them to have it ready! Got home both my husband & I agreed the Phillys were fantastic! Everything was fresh as were the fries. Will go back as we only live about 4 minutes up the road!!! THANK YOU!
