Didn't get my order right, no lids for the cups and no napkins and I could hear who I think was the manager or supervisor yelling at the employee because she couldn't understand him.

Went to Charley's for my first time since I left to move to Massachusetts, came to visit with my sis, ordered 2 separate meals and order taker was kinda rude in some kind of way to my sis, and when we get to the window, we got the first order and than waited like a good 15min for the second order, which was mine. And to the matter of the fries, could have more cheese onto them, was not happy with them. It seems they just pour the cheese only on top with just a little, they should have put more at least to cover more fries.

Food was really good as usual. Arrived at the restaurant shortly after they opened. The garbage can outside of the front door was overflowing, causing trash to be on the ground. Inside, napkins were low, straws were low and no ketchup. The bathroom was gross. No paper towels and both hand sanitizers were empty. How can that be if they just opened???

I got a Philly cheesesteak it was as dry as the desert!!! Very hard to choke down. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience with your sandwiches!!! Do better and lube those Sammie’s up!!!!
I always, always, ALWAYS get the chicken California with lettuce and tomato and extra ranch and a side of ranch and bacon fries and every time it is literally amazing!!!! It is my favorite food and I eat thing so fast, it’s the best thing ever!!

Average food, but it was fast the dining area was clean, and so were the restrooms. They do not have highchairs, but do have changing tables in the bathrooms.

The flavor was great, wings were over cooked and chewy. I ordered curbside. Sat out there for 10 min watched 2 people park in curbside and run in for their food I ended up picking up in drive thru. If curbside is just to park and run in give an option for drive thru. I had never been before so not exactly sure if their procedures.
