I generally love Chik Fil A's food, and across most of their locations their service is excellent. This location, however, seems to give me the wrong order about half of the times I go there. The last three times in a row I've gone through the drive thru I've been given someone else's order. On multiple occasions the wrong order has been put in by their team member in the first place. After one occasion I contacted the store management by email (something I literally have never done before or since) because the problem is so common, but I received no response.

If you're going to be strict with the dining room closing at 9pm then it should be listed on the hours of operation displayed on google maps and your cashier on the clock taking orders should mention it and only offer carryout/to go options.

Chick fil a has great food but when it comes to actually giving you the exact order its severely lacking. We ordered IN the actually store and not only did they mixed up a chicken sandwich for a pretzel chicken sandwich but they missed a whole chicken sandwich out of our order. I don't know if they were training someone or if it's just so hectic in there that they didn't hear clearly but that was one of the worst experiences we ever encountered at a chick fil a

If I could leave zero stars I would. I usually go through the drive through and it’s a good experience but the one time I go inside, AWFUL customer service. I walked in, no one greeted me when I walked in, I went to the register and 3-4 employees all looked at me and did not come up to take my order until I said “excuse me, can someone please help me?” Now, I understand the poor history of racism, homophobia, and discrimination that Chick Fil A has. I guess I felt like for some odd ignorant reason, I’d be immune. Clearly I was wrong. The next customer that came in had a completely different experience than me. I saw them immediately told by an employee that they would be helped by a staff member soon, they were greeted very quickly after, and had great customer service. Afterwards I was fed up, so I asked for a to-go bag and to speak to a manager. Then, the manager had one of her team members come up to me and speak with me. I explained how I had a poor experience and I was met with excuse after excuse. “We’re just so busy, I was distracted, etc”. Then she asked which employees were around when I was at the front counter. I looked around at the employees and said I did not know, it was a few people. Then, I explained that I was ignored when I walked in and noticed the next customer receive the Chick Fill A, “my pleasure “ experience. That was that and I left and received an apology but they will no longer receive a penny from me.
I wanted to leave this for last: I am a young black woman, customer who came in after me was a white woman, and the employees were all either white or hispanic. Remind you, this Chick Fil A borders Lorain and Amherst. Lorain has a pretty diverse population so they got many different people coming in. You’d think they’d actually see me as a person or maybe a human but DID NOT.
I say this to add to the list of many complaints and lawsuits that Chick Fil A across the country has faced to notify people of their continued discrimination.

Wow! I dined in on a Tuesday, and I was greeted with amazing customer service by someone named Sarah with black and blonde hair! I ordered a Chick-fil-A deluxe meal, and it came out amazing! I love this place, would visit again, shoutout to Sarah for making my experience great! 10/10
