Did not get what we asked for. We called to let them know and they were very rude and pretty much told us it was our fault that THEY got the order wrong. Proceeded to tell my fiancee he was threatening them and he wasn’t going to be able to call them anymore even though there was absolutely no threats. This dominos is a joke.
Do not order from this location! They didn't deliver my full order. I ordered a 16 piece wings and only got 8. Called and explained and they said come in and get the other half. Drove there to be told they would not honor their word and the woman was extremely rude and aggressive. I order from here regularly but never again. Extremely unprofessional and deceptive. I will be contacting regional headquarters tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. They stole from us, wasted our time and then lied about it.

I'm done with Dominos Pizza, you're quick to get the food hot and fresh delivered but always have a problem with the delivery. How does my address take you to a school, on the other side of 19th Street which is two main streets away from my house. I respect the new workers and the business but now I feel like y'all are purposely playing with me. I'm good at the rewards and the food? Are you guys going out of business or something cause why won't you hire people who have applied. You lost business with me. ❗
How do you order a barbecue pizza that doesn't taste like barbecue at all. Everytime I go to this Domino's location on Broadway in Lorain there is always an issue with my pizza. I'm definitely not going to go here anymore it's always something they definitely need to get it together. Horrible, disappointed, bland pizza. When I called them about my issue spoke to Christine the manager and she said the pizza is made with 3oz of barbecue sauce advised I paid for extra sauce and she said that's how it's made. So why did I pay for extra sauce to have a bland pizza that doesn't taste like barbecue. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Got my order about an hour ago. The driver forgot my pop. He was very apologetic and I was understanding of his situation. He explained that it was his first day and was being bombarded with deliveries but that he would bring my pop after his deliveries. I called about 20 or30 minutes ago to ask for my drink. Whoever answered was rude. My grandson is still waiting for this drink to eat his pizza!! I’m getting very aggravated
Second time this happened, I am located a whole 4 minutes down the road from them, and it’s taken almost 2 hours to have it delivered! Called a little over the first hour mark, and the person who answered the phone said the delivery guy just took it and is on the way. Okay cool. We even mentioned if he hasn’t left yet we will just come grab it ourselves!
Another hour has almost passed and there is no delivery. Even if you had multiple deliveries, it would not take this long within the area they deliver too. 2 hours?! For one pizza and garlic bites?! Absolutely crazy. Should have known better after the first time this exact same thing has happened. Unfortunately they were the only ones delivering past 8pm on a Tuesday. My fiancé ended up getting online and ordering another pizza for pick up and grabbing it himself because he didn’t want to call and be told again it’s “on its way” and this way our pizza we’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for will be fresh! Never again.
Very rude and not friendly..tried to add garlic oil to my pizza and they wouldn't because it would mess up their inventory. Fought back and forth about it even trying to ask for a side and still had an attitude problem. So I asked if I should cancel the $23 order.Or if I would get a side of garlic oil and they said they could cancel my order for me.They refuse to give me a general manager's first name and told me they dont have to give any information for Domino's pizza really sucks because the lady specified a quarter.Ounce of oil was not worth putting on my pizza to mess up her inventory that much for the year not very professional

Music was way too loud! Unprofessional song playing when I was there. I stood at the counter for few minutes. The only worker in there never EVEN acknowledged me. Finally the delivery driver helped me . He was very kind.

Food was cold and unappetizing after our delivery driver, matthew, took over an hour to get here. It was supposed to be a 28 to 38 minute delivery.

Awesome The Garlic Stuff Crust
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Maria and Christine at the Lorain, Ohio Domino’s location. At the last minute I had to order a large number of pizza’s (issue with another pizza chain). Not only were the pizza’s ready in less than 15 minutes, but Maria and Christine were so nice, helpful and kind. They were working so hard and I cannot thank them enough.

Order from here very frequently. Never again. Placed a 70 dollar order, per usual. Driver brought the order late. I understand fridays are busy so I didn’t mind. Then he told me he brought the wrong one, came back and got it. No communication on a replacement. I called 30 minutes later, they still didn’t even start the replacement order. No discount offered or any reimbursement of any kind. Will never order from here again.
