Baskin-Robbins is no longer 31 flavors. They had eight flavors. My mom ordered a double scoop of ice cream, two different flavors and both were awful. I ordered a donut which was equally awful. The quality is not what it once was. But the staff was friendly, efficient and polite.

I must say I have never seen a team working at Dunkin donuts so rude and obnoxious I had a simple order that they could not get they told me they needed to speak to a manager to fix my order but there was no manager when I walked in and they were trying to give me a lecture about my coffee and telling me how they did it but they did not know what they were doing

This is the WORST parking lot to enter/exit. They only have 1 entrance/exit and it is the most dangerous business entrance I’ve ever experienced. Personally seen 4 accidents because of this issue that hasn’t been fixed. Service is okay, drinks are good, and food is aweful. You can taste the plastic it’s stored in and freezer burn.

I keep giving Dunkin multiple chances and no matter how many espresso shots I add and no matter what kind of coffee I order I feel like I keep paying for flavored milk. I think Dunkin’s coffee and espresso quality in general has taken a tremendous fall since 2020 since they got bought out. I’ll stick to Biggby from now on!!
They have the fix entry and exit paths the more things that get put in that area, the more discouraging it gets. I have actually gone to Vermilion Dunkin' because of the lines.

So the food and service are great! The setup of this location sucks. You have to enter/exit out of the same thing which is fine except for when you you move up and you have a bigger vehicle the end of it blocks them from exiting. Then, if you use the parking on the right or left you'll likely get blocked in by the line. They have tons of business, you'd think they'd be able to setup a bigger, better location or fix the current setup.
