First time trying and I am a fan! I placed the order online via their website, and they provided a tracking which is such a convenience. It has the most unique, distinctive flavor you could imagine! I truly loved it. I was greeted with smiles and even informed the person that it was my first time trying and she was so polite with telling me she hopes I enjoy the pizza. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I will be coming back, again!

The service is always so dry!! I have yet to visit this place & there's a friendly worker. They all got those miserable looks on their faces, it's odd but... this is definitely the best pizza in town. Just wish their customer service matched! I would buy from there more often

Placed an advanced order to pick up pizza at 5:45 and showed up on time, but had to wait 20+ minutes in their cramped lobby with 10 other people because they accepted more orders than they could handle. One of my pizzas I received was lukewarm, the other was cold.I called in to see if they could help remedy the situation. They told me that the order was put in to be ready at 4pm and since I showed up late, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were too busy.I called back a bit later and spoke with the manager who told me the pizza was freshly prepared and was cut right before given to me. So which is it... was the order prepared for a 4pm pickup, or was it prepared right as I picked it up after 6pm? The manager kept insisting that the pizza was finished at the exact time I reached the counter, he was essentially calling me a liar for reporting that the pizza was cold. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Awesome pizza and fresh ingredients! The owner, Frank, is very personable and takes pride in delivering a high quality pizza.
We originally called Yala's only to find out they have thin-crust pizza, so we really wanted Eliseo's - which is now called Kate's. We ordered cheesy sticks and two pizzas. It was fun to pick up the pizza through the drive-thru window. On the phone, they told us the pizza would be "like Chicago pizza" with the toppings under the cheese. Once we got it home - it was good pizza - cheesy, good crust - but it's not anything like Chicago pizza at all. It's just regular hand-tossed pizza. We were surprised when they asked us what sauce we wanted for the cheesy sticks (garlic butter) that it was just a cup of sauce to dip on the side. We're used to pizzerias what put the sauce on the crust and bake it in.

My family loves this place we get Eliseo's on a normal once a week sometimes twice weekly. We love it, it is one of the best pizza places and Lorain County and in Lorain just in general!!
Vegetarian options: Anything that you want they can turn into something that is strictly for vegetarian options.
Kid-friendliness: They are very calm and nice people big area when you walk in and always kind to everyone including my children.
