I love this place, best pizza around. I’ve eaten here since moving here years ago. I read a few reviews about service that were negative and I just want to say I haven’t had that problem. Yes the staff may look or seem frustrated at times but they get extremely busy, because the pizza is iconic. FYI I’m from NY and I know pizza.

First time trying and I am a fan! I placed the order online via their website, and they provided a tracking which is such a convenience. It has the most unique, distinctive flavor you could imagine! I truly loved it. I was greeted with smiles and even informed the person that it was my first time trying and she was so polite with telling me she hopes I enjoy the pizza. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I will be coming back, again!

The service is always so dry!! I have yet to visit this place & there's a friendly worker. They all got those miserable looks on their faces, it's odd but... this is definitely the best pizza in town. Just wish their customer service matched! I would buy from there more often

Placed an advanced order to pick up pizza at 5:45 and showed up on time, but had to wait 20+ minutes in their cramped lobby with 10 other people because they accepted more orders than they could handle. One of my pizzas I received was lukewarm, the other was cold.I called in to see if they could help remedy the situation. They told me that the order was put in to be ready at 4pm and since I showed up late, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were too busy.I called back a bit later and spoke with the manager who told me the pizza was freshly prepared and was cut right before given to me. So which is it... was the order prepared for a 4pm pickup, or was it prepared right as I picked it up after 6pm? The manager kept insisting that the pizza was finished at the exact time I reached the counter, he was essentially calling me a liar for reporting that the pizza was cold. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
