No fries at 6:30 on a Monday. Also no starry, no Pepsi, no cherry Pepsi. I came for the fries and left disappointed. They told me more about what they didn't have than what they did.

There’s never any customers here yet you always have to wait forever for your food. Ordered off DD and I’ve been waiting over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

FIRE MILKSHAKE! I went thru the drive through and got a large chololate shake with marshmallows and that shit was so good i had to write about it. perfect consistency and there was so much marshmallow in it, amazing will come back again. The guy in the drive thru window was awesome as well, shoutouts to him

Customer service was excellent, I was taken care of at every step of the way. Ordered inside and food came out hot and quick made to order. Will definitely be coming back!

It's always the slowest. Wait times no less than 25-30 minutes+ just to order in the drive thru. Watch cars leave all the time. The crew here is incompetent. Last time coming here.

I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger and it took a while in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me.m(about 5-10 mins- long for a drive thru). When I got my order the fries were heavily salted and the burger was wet and soggy. I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog. Gross. Disappointing that this was being served to kids

The slowest place I’ve ever been

I was so happy when I saw Freddy's was coming to Lorain. I've visited Freddy's in Arkansas, S. Carolina and Streetsboro. I visited this location about 6 or 7 months ago. They were out of grilled chicken and custard that night. I sent an email to the manager who apologized and said he would send coupons to me as amends for my experience. I sent him my address, but never received the coupons. Today I went to try the pumpkin custard. Guess what???? They were out of pumpkin custard. The company has a good product, but unfortunately this location is poorly managed. (Which explains the empty parking lot. I drove by the N. Olmstead location recently and the parking lot was packed.) This location will not survive if the management does not improve.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a #1 and an ice cream sundae. Received a half filled fry and they put fries in the hamburger packaging and the ice cream was melted. The lobby was empty and still waited 20 minutes for this.

Terrible customer service. Rushed through drive thru with no one in line. Burgers came out with wilted lettuce and a large piece of plastic in it.
Update: Still not response after submitting feedback on their company website.

The wait time is trash for a place that has a drive thru sat at the window for 20 minutes and no one still came to talk to take my money customer service is not a priority at this place
