Wasn't that bad. Ordering on the phone; the person was busy talking to others and it was a headache to place the order. Same with picking up. The girl was occupied doing other random jobs and not assisting us to pick up. We got subs. They were good. However my ham and cheese had like 1 piece of ham on it. It was good size sub tho. Also got a calzone which was humongous. That's definitely worth the money.

I stopped going to this place for years because of the bad quality of the food and staff being very unpleasant. But, just this past visit, after a very long hiatus of visiting, I noticed new staff and I decided to give them a try again. I am very pleased with the new staff and the service as well as the speed of my food being prepared and ready for pick up. I ordered fried shrimp and fries and my goodness, were they really fresh and hot. Very happy. I will visit more often because of these new changes. My only issue is, when you buy extras like deserts and sides, double check before you leave because sometimes they give wrong products and or forget the deserts. It's okay, it happens for a busy place. They were nice enough to take care of it as I mentioned it.

Food is decent, my husband enjoys it more than I do. HOWEVER, please tell your drivers to READ delivery instructions. I specifically put in there to leave on the porch and NOT knock. I have 3 dogs, making it impossible to open the door without one or more attempting to run out. Every single time they knock on my door and wait for someone to answer.

I'd go here again, BUT. I ordered tips and got ribs. Should've looked in the box when the price was too high, but we were in a hurry to get to the lake and opened it at the lake. The ribs were yummy but tough, and they advertise that they are tender. They were delicious, however. The fries were the best part. Crispy and good, delicious dipped in the copious BBQ sauce on the ribs. I think the man taking our order did not speak good enough English to understand. It was our first time there and maybe I wasn't clear enough. That said, the food was really good. Ordered Sun and ate the last of the ribs Tues, as we had lots of leftovers. The portions were big even for 3 people.

One of the best pizzas I've had since moving to Ohio. Their shrimp is also excellent. I could go on, but I'll sum it up by saying that I've yet to have a bad dish here, and I eat here at least twice a month. Protip: don't sleep on their banana pudding

Tasty pizza at good prices. But a horrible looking lobby area, not sure why it was not organized after Covid to make it more appealing or somewhat Profesional looking. The staff are normally pretty good and helpful. At times it seems the location might be understaffed.

Drove out from Wakeman just to pick up dinner. Ordered the 2 Large 2 Topping pizzas for $25 & and order of the cheesy bread. Was ready in 15 mins and was hot. Very good pizza! Worth the drive. Will be a repeat customer.

Very disappointed, everything wasn't good . How are places like this that rip you off for garbage product still out there. Sooner or later everyone has to have felt ripped off by this poor of quality that they order from bigger and better chains. I asked the people involved to please never order it here again. I couldn't even get my dogs to eat it which is a warning in itself they always pizza. Buyer beware.
