Yeah, I put in an order at 9 o'clock. The store don't close to ten.Didn't receive my order because they canceled it, but they still charge me now.They don't want to give me my money back.I would refer anybody to go to any other pizza place other than little caesars

Ordered little sauce 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 sausage 2 pieces of pepperoni have 1 piece on them. The little cups with pepperoni no sides on them laying on they're side won't go back

I had an order I canceled that someone at this location said they had canceled..I do not like this location the people are very rude & someone told me they have pests so I canceled my order. This started my nightmare. Even though i canceled it was still delivered i had also called the delivery line to cancel ( btw if you order off of Lil Caesars own app they can't cancel an order) this is ridiculous. The so called male Supervisor was VERY UNHELPFUL i mean who wants to eat at an establishment past employees rold me there were pests! Because I do not. If you cancel there is no way to get a refund when I did not even receive any pizza. I'm filing a complaint with BBB next due to the "Supervisor" telling me the OWNER OF THIS PLACE said I could not get a refund, but I canceled within 4 minutes of ordering because it was the BROADWAY LOCATION at 3004 Broadway once I realized I had ordered from THAT infested Lil Ceasers I canceled. I'm not sure how they think they can take ur money my order was over $50 & was not delivered I did not get anything from there! I sincerely am going to further pursue. Just eat at the Leavitt Rd location

I ordered it thru the online lis censors app. Door dash delivered I called door dash for a refund wS told since I ordered on line I had to call the store. Calle the manager told me in order to fix i had to come to the store. I was offered nothing i paid for a delivery fee both time and still had to drive to fix my order. The manager Ortiz was no help at all was like here you go and walked away. And said call door dash. Do not order from her especially do not do delivery order will be wrong and out of more gas and money. Go to the Levitt Rd one much better. I'm done with Broadway.

Good people good place the people who own it are all family related with a few other chains open in Ohio go check em out,foods great its got and moist not dry and water for sauce it's thick saucy and toppings are excellent and not dry to were u can't swallow them there fresh tasting and there a clean place to order food unlike other places in the area that are disgustingly dirty with mold mice and roaches u won't see any of that there

Broadway location is terrible. Crazy bread was covered in MOLD. Called and spoke to Sam the “manager” who was beyond rude and short with me- did not even apologize for the disgusting food they sent me. Health Department will be notified. Would give negative stars if I could.

absolutely no taste whatsoever on either of our pepperoni Hot-N-Ready pizzas! Could not see or taste a speck of sauce,or seasoning! Most tasteless pizza I have ever had in my 73 years! Will never have Little Caesar's from 30th and Broadway in Lorain ever again, ECCH!
