I legitimately want my money back. They were too busy laughing to pay attention to my food and actually gave it to me burnt. That's what I get for coming here but you figure with a huge renovation going on they'd try to at least make their customer happy.
Got the combo. The piece of chicken was only 1/2 in. Wide by 3 in long. Not like years ago. Definitely smaller but increase in price.

Waited in drive through for 11 minutes and that's how long it took the young teen to tell me the Pepsi machine is not working, then she said, something like that. Waited that long with zero peeps there, food was not even warm and buns were very hard along edges. Horrible.

The hush puppies were very crisp and so were the fish fillet fried to perfection. At this particular location the drive-thru speaker intercom system is really bad.

The reasons I gave them only 1 star is because when we asked for sauce the girl at the drive thru window kinda had a little attitude

It was half an hour before closing time, and the food was cold and overcooked.
Great food, but the floors all around the dining room were very very oily slick. The floors need a good, no super-deep cleaning. I observed an elderly lady almost lose her footing and fall due to the oily floors. Due the customers a favor, and change out your mop heads; one for the kitchen and one for the dining room area. GREASY, GREASY, GREASY!!!

Food is very good at this location. Service was exceptional. Stopped going to Elyria location. Workers there all smell like a weed factory.
