Lorains badass burgers are definitely badass, me and my girlfriend ordered some online whilei visted her house. They were still fresh and warm when they got there. Chef's kiss to who's ever grandma is slaving away in that kitchen ?‍???

I would have given this place 5 Stars but I was truly disappointed with my second order. The Dave’s Cowboy Burger barely had any BBQ sauce the Fully Loaded Tater Tots tasted like old oil. The first time I ate from here, I had the chicken cordon blue and it tasted like old oil too.

Ordered from Grubhub. Food came hot and perfect! Ordered 2 burgers, fries, onion rings and pepper relish tots. Temp of my burger was exactly what I asked for. I can’t say enough honestly! The homemade tots are an absolute WIN! Plenty of sauces sent and even remembered a stack of napkins! If you like five guys try these guys and give to a local business!!!!

As I’m trying to pick up two delivery orders, I see a sign on the door. No one is in the restaurant. I have sat outside waiting for someone to get back for about half an hour. It’s 11:59, and the frost delivery is due at noon. This is not the way to deal with business. When there are orders to make, get those made. Now these customers won’t when their food they already paid for!

Overpriced, overcooked, and under-seasoned. I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which was very bland and soggy (not hot at all), and the hot honey burger, which was dried out and overcooked.
