I miss the indoor restaurant area but I'll admit I rarely saw anyone actually use it - even when my party was the only there. Still, they put out a respectable product for what you'd expect from the chain (Marco's has the BEST sausage of any of the common chain pizza places IMO). Is it gourmet pizza with artisinal crafted cheese and locally-sourced garlic? No. But it's still a great pie!

We ordered about 5 pizzas and a bread for my brothers birthday party and we put it for delivery. I was at work and my mom had 8 kids at our house that she had to watch so she could not get the pizza. When they delivered it they hired a door dasher and he only came with 3 pizzas so we called the store and the lady said she would get the manager since it was a DoorDash order even tho they hired the dasher and we ordered through the app. The manager came in and my mom said we didn’t order through DoorDash to which he said he knew that and asked what we had and what we needed. The dasher was a kind man and went back to get the rest of our food which was the 2 pizzas (one cheese one pepperoni) and the bread. The bread was cold and looked like crap and they were both pepperoni and we didn’t get the cheese we were missing. If you have a big order this is not the place to order from because they cannot get their orders out correctly.

Got a pizza with no sauce on it and the manager amber argued with me an said she was watching the camera as they made it....why would she be watching the camera... horrible lying person and now im stuck with a disgusting pizza...she also refused to give me her corporate number and i called another Marcos and the immediately asked if i ordered from n ridge road and apologized for amber being unprofessional

Order food for delivery. Called store 2 hrs later to ask about food, there answer was there's nothing we can do about it and cancelled our order. Horrible service.
Food was cold driver was disrespectful didn't want to give us her food it was cold My sandwich was not put together there's no mayonnaise on it like they were supposed to be The vegetables was supposed to go through the oven on the sandwich and it did not Just a one star all the way around

Ordered pizza for lunch next day, showed up 12 hours early, had clear conversation with cashier, repeated back everything, still got it wrong. Went in next day talked to manager about it, said I was to get a refund. This was 5 days ago. With service like that how do I say anything positive???

Ordered a pizza with a “free cheesy bread” sticker attached to receipt…instructions stating “scan the QR code on the receipt” but unfortunately no QR code on the receipt lol so I decided to call and was told that I would find it online but never found the discount, that didn’t help at all. Would recommend a different Marcos!
