Order food for delivery. Called store 2 hrs later to ask about food, there answer was there's nothing we can do about it and cancelled our order. Horrible service.

Food was cold driver was disrespectful didn't want to give us her food it was cold My sandwich was not put together there's no mayonnaise on it like they were supposed to be The vegetables was supposed to go through the oven on the sandwich and it did not Just a one star all the way around

Ordered pizza for lunch next day, showed up 12 hours early, had clear conversation with cashier, repeated back everything, still got it wrong. Went in next day talked to manager about it, said I was to get a refund. This was 5 days ago. With service like that how do I say anything positive???

Ordered a pizza with a “free cheesy bread” sticker attached to receipt…instructions stating “scan the QR code on the receipt” but unfortunately no QR code on the receipt lol so I decided to call and was told that I would find it online but never found the discount, that didn’t help at all. Would recommend a different Marcos!

Ordered curbside because my 4 year old is sick and I couldn't come inside. As soon as I got to Marco's, I called, and someone came right out with my pizza. Fast service, great pizza.

To the owner: Stop being so lazy. Get your ass in there and train your employees. From the customer photos I've seen, dirty crust, cheese not locked in, toppings in every bite not present, not enough sauce, improper amount of pepperoni, not enough cheese on cheesy bread. All of these go against Marco's standards you should be ashamed and your franchise stripped if that doesn't change.
Well there's not much to say it's Marcos the pizza is a bit on the dry side but the value isn't too bad for low in take out pizza

We tried out the Cauliflower crust pizza and was surprised that it is only available in a Small. I arrived on time to find many People in front of Me and by the time I got the pizza and got it home. The crust was quite hard. It was better when microwaved the next day. Will give it another try and eat in the parking lot.
