Bad service waited almost 2 hours for a delivery called and they the order was on the way but still waited another hour would not recommend this marcos to anyone piss poor service they need to restaff the store will never order anything from them again

Look I ordered wings from here and they are not normal wings they are definitely wing sections I ordered boneless wings from here to and they was soggy for the bone and wings. They are not like normal wings. I would bite into them and have like a bone trying to puncture the roof of my mouth. I am completely cool on this spot. I got the boneless thinking it would be something different and it wasn’t very minimal sauce. Just all bad. Don’t get your wings or boneless wings from here.

Ordered a speciality pizza on their app 45 mins before they closed. They didnt finish it till 12:17 and then the driver was on the way. I didnt get it till close to 12:30. I spent 20 dollars on a pizza that was poorly made. Over half the toppings wernt there. Tomatoes were thrown on there. It just generally sucked. I call3d the store today and they said nothing could be done because I should have called after they had already closed. How was i supposed to know that there's people there that will awnser the phone after close?? I certainly dont awnser the phone at my job after closing. I called. Costumer service waiting to here back. It wouldnt be a big deal if it was almost 20 dollars!

Did not receive a pizza with extra cheese it was just a plain pizza and my wings are supposed to be garlic parmesan and they were plain on a $65 order I still like their food and ate it just not what I ordered

This place and MANAGER IS HORRIBLE!! My pizza took a hour and a half to arrive and when I called they told me they had 2 drivers & it would be arriving eventually! Then gave me $8 off and $29 bill. I still felt bad and tipped the driver because that is who I am!!!!
The when we went inside The pizza was ICE COLD!!!!!!!! And when I called back to tell THEM the MANAGER OR WHOEVER hung up the phone!!!! I am disgusting and disappointing!!!!!!!! I will never return!!!!! And I expect to hear back from someone ASAP!

One of the worst Marco shops I’ve ever been, last night we ordered two square deals, one had a girls hair baked into it, not only did the whole pizza look horrible. Most of the time we go there we have to wait 30min to a hour even tho the online order said it was ready, no one greets anyone waiting at the checkout. It’s a horrible experience. I’ve also been a member for years and love Marcos but this is unacceptable and most of the time they forget things in the order.

I ordered my own personal pizza, pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green pepper, lilac onion and zest. Very good and made to order. Good customer service. Everything clean and a good atmosphere.

Ordered pizza online delivery said 30 minutes, np. Got email that pizza was (within 15 mins of ordering) ready 30 ago but no email saying it was on its way. Called just to check on it, worker didn't put phone on hold/mute so I could could hear what they were saying which was it's only been 45min, he says they are waiting for it to be picked up, so my pizza has been ready for 30 minutes it was due (per website) 15 mins ago, another person gets on phone and tells me delivery time is actually closer to 1hr and website is never accurate. So why have it? Sounded like a party in the background and there was no concern about my concerns. I've had a bad experience with this location before so I normally don't order from them but I accidentally did this time. I won't make that mistake again.

Ordered a heart pizza they sent a door dash driver high AF and they ate the pizza never came. Over a tip that I had in cash smh I'm added out 20$ never again
