I ordered my own personal pizza, pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green pepper, lilac onion and zest. Very good and made to order. Good customer service. Everything clean and a good atmosphere.

Ordered pizza online delivery said 30 minutes, np. Got email that pizza was (within 15 mins of ordering) ready 30 ago but no email saying it was on its way. Called just to check on it, worker didn't put phone on hold/mute so I could could hear what they were saying which was it's only been 45min, he says they are waiting for it to be picked up, so my pizza has been ready for 30 minutes it was due (per website) 15 mins ago, another person gets on phone and tells me delivery time is actually closer to 1hr and website is never accurate. So why have it? Sounded like a party in the background and there was no concern about my concerns. I've had a bad experience with this location before so I normally don't order from them but I accidentally did this time. I won't make that mistake again.

Ordered a heart pizza they sent a door dash driver high AF and they ate the pizza never came. Over a tip that I had in cash smh I'm added out 20$ never again

Great staff. Ordered a pizza and a sub, and it was great. I ordered an Italian sub, and it was great, and a meat pizza and it was so delicious. The parking is easy and there was enough for what you need. The inside of the store is also spacious enough for what you need also. I would go back here again and again. I'm glad that they are in the neighborhood.

I ordered my pizza to the Marcos app. They said it was gonna be approximately one hour pizza took an hour and a half to get here and when I got here, it was being delivered by a DoorDash or which threw me off and three people in her car with her, she took the pizza off the passenger that was sitting with her in the car brought it to me. The pizza had looked like it had been messed with because pieces have been taken out of the assorted spots and moved around, and I noticed that there were two wings missing too. I then called to get tried to get help and resolve the situation and the manager was no help at all threaten to call the cops on me when I told him I’d bring the pizza and the wings back up there. I just want to refund and I’d never shop here again he told me he would call the cops if I came up there and try to get a refund so I called the police department. They told me I was better off going and making formal complaints through online so they couldn’t try to say I was doing anything I wasn’t. Absolutely the worest experience I’ve ever had with any pizza shop I’ve ever shopped at!!! I did look up the corporate number off-line and will be making a formal complaint through corporate too how the situation in the total lack of care for a customer from this establishment blows my mind!

Marcos is my go-to. I spend quite a bit of money there. I ordered 10 wings sent my parents, and I ordered 15. They are the size of mouse thighs. Never again will I order from marcos! They should be ashamed of themselves.

4 out of 5 times picked up pizza to see it was burnt. The first time we called and was given a free pizza which was appreciated but not looking to receive free pizza; just not a burnt one! People work too hard to be given food that is not edible. Who wants to only eat toppings and have to throw away the rest? Time to take our hard earned money elsewhere...... So disappointed! The photo provided was from the most recent but actually have received even more burnt ones in the past.

Came to pick my order up. They never even started my order. Said oh well somehow it got skipped. Still made me pay full price no discount or free item. So I waited over an hour for my order I picked up. And nothing was done to compensate. Highly disappointed.
