4 out of 5 times picked up pizza to see it was burnt. The first time we called and was given a free pizza which was appreciated but not looking to receive free pizza; just not a burnt one! People work too hard to be given food that is not edible. Who wants to only eat toppings and have to throw away the rest? Time to take our hard earned money elsewhere...... So disappointed! The photo provided was from the most recent but actually have received even more burnt ones in the past.

Came to pick my order up. They never even started my order. Said oh well somehow it got skipped. Still made me pay full price no discount or free item. So I waited over an hour for my order I picked up. And nothing was done to compensate. Highly disappointed.

Place never has a driver to even deliver the food. How is it pizza hut can deliver thru door dash with cash but Marcos can't???? Marcos is losing the battle here least 3 times a week I'm forced to go to pizza hut cause Marcos don't have a driver....

If I could rate this as a half star I would. How are you going to make a pizzoli with no sauce? We ordered two and both had no sauce.

Ordered a pizza salad and wings last night at 510p to be delivered. I live less than 2 miles away. After numerous phone calls our order arrived at 700p. No one at the store could explain. I ordered directly with them and they said my beef should be with door dash who they are using for delivery.
