Went to there McDonald’s because my sister in law placed a order for their address, pulled up waiting about 10 minutes (with no cars in line) told her the code and she said it wasn’t for their restaurant, ended up finding out she was the manager , went to the window because keep in mind it says there address, there’s only one McDonald’s with that address, and we went to show her considering it’s paid for and for there location and she pushed the phone out of her face and said it doesn’t matter bc it doesn’t say it is for them…it’s your guys address, ended up having to refund it twice because of something with their system clearly and she was mad, one service way too slow, two no manager should be speaking to customers that way.

Well, I go through the drive through and give my order, the lady says it comes to $14+. Ok so I get to the window and she takes my money and gives me incorrect change with the wrong receipt. I try to tell her but she slides the window shut in me and then ignores me. I think ok I'll fix it at the pick up window. Nope! They give me the wrong drinks which I give back and tell them they incorrectly charged me. The lady argues with me telling me it the same amount. I assured her it was not and she bluntly continued to argue. She then gave me the wrong sandwich but what was I going to do? Argue? They also didn't give me A receipt let alone the correct receipt. So now what proof do I have. Everything I go here it is always something. Not doing that again

I worked 12 hours on my second job last night driving and ordered 2 over priced chicken sandwiches at your drive through and the line just stopped for 25 minutes and I basically held my brake for 20 minutes until I put it in park. I have a bad sciatic nerve. You've lost a customer.

I’m highly allergic to pickles and I ordered two sandwiches with no pickles look at what I got!!!!!!
Is there even one employee at this location that does NOT ignore the sauces people are supposed to get with their order? Every single time... NO. SAUCE. If you're going to charge people a ridiculous amount for just one little sauce, the least you can do is give it to them. What a con!

I would like to commend this branch for a great service every time. We used to go to leavitt rd but the service has gone down. The crews are always smiling regardless of how busy they are. The person at the speaker is always polite and the team member who hands out the food, hands it to you with a smile.
Food is always hot and excellent. I’ve never gotten a cold and old fry. Service is always fast! I’m never intimidate whenever there’s a long line because they get it done real fast.
Please keep up the good work. Good job to the management and everyone that makes up this great team.

I don't understand how they ask you to pull forward to a certain numbered spot than walk around the whole building taking your food to every other car waiting. Than try to give you a order that's not yours! I say stop asking ppl to pull forward if you can't figure out where to take the orders to!!!!!!! Than you end up waiting longer because they have to remake your order because they accidentally gave it to someone else!!!!!!! It's not fast food anymore!

A friend of mine was here recently with her daughter to simply get food and was treated by this supposed "manager" who berated her, had the ugliest attitude, and made this whole experience unbelievably complicated because she dared ask a question or two about the menu items. Unbelievable. We have enough crap going on in the world. Going to a McDonald's shouldn't be such a hassle. Advising her to report to corporate.
