Very disappointed with the customer service and more with the management staff. Very unprofessional and not properly trained to resolve the issue. Im a secret shopper and will definitely leave my experience with corporate at the golden arches.

The food was good, but the wait was long. This location usually has big lines, and it took forever to get my order. I always see long lines at this McDonald’s whenever I drive by, so the slow service seems normal for them.

Went through drive thru just now, crew member pouring drink, another crew member sweeping the floor, the handle went through the liquid that was being poured, received and asked for another that I just witnessed that filthy handle go through the drink, crew member got upset, told other workers they all started laughing and making fun of me, in return i received COLD food! Like seriously?!? Always a public fight at this establishment on a daily basis. Last week it was a workers daughter in the parking lot fighting other girls, Police came and they jumped in car before they could be caught. Worker joked about her daughter fighting!!! Really, you want an employee on your payroll that encourages this behavior? BEG YOU TO STAY AWAY!!!!!

Literally what the heck is this I got more ranch then meat! Which i didnt even order! I ordered spicy not ranch. I get a lot of McDonald's and frequently go to this one but have since gone to Levitt road McDonald's becsuse they have better customer service and better food. Not this skimpy crap.

I ordered some food and 2 caramel frappes and this is what I received. When I complained it was the manager that made these and tried to tell me these were correct. I will never go to this location again. They simply do not care. By the way this was supposed to be extra caramel.
