If I could recommend anything, it would be to order in advance via the app. The waiting can be a bit longer than usual, especially for drive thru, but I understand that it can be sometimes for being understaffed. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, but it can be a bit wait, waiting for your order. The food is fair, to me, it seems the size and the quality went a little downhill from what I remember but it's no fault of the employees.
I come here on my lunch break quite often. The food is delicious and well prepared. Customer service is always Great. Alicia make sure I get my order quick and fast everytime. She also always has a smile on her face!
Normally. Roman Burgers are always good. This time, the bun was different than usual. Tasted stale and old. I contacted corporate office & they told me the bread was changed due to some issue. Hopefully not a permanent change.
