they completely forgot we had pulled through the drivethrough for our food and we waited outside outside for 15 minutes until we pulled through again to the speaker and had to say what happened and they just said “oh your food is ready” why do all that when you could’ve just ran it outside in the first place. just a lack of respect and effort on the workers end. major attitude from whoever was working speaker. learn some respect and get some work ethic.

Got a plate with chicken teriyaki, beef broccoli, and super greens. Chicken and super greens were fine but they gave me 20 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. Rip off. And the broccoli was undercooked. Not good.

Got there when they opened and they didn't have all the food prepared yet so had to change our orders. There was a guy who was there a few minutes early and instead of letting him wait patiently they told him to move on. There were only 4 minutes until opening. Dude drove away and I could visibly see he was upset that they wouldn't let him wait.

It's fast food American Chinese food. The probs are generous. The food is fresh. It was pretty good overall.

Second time that we visited and second time that we were told to pull up to wait for our food for about 4 minutes.. we wait 10 and no food so we go in to check since there are no other customers except us.. and we are given attitude that we had the nerve to check on our food which was done and sitting there but no one could be bothered to do their job.. do not go here if you actually want food or food service!!
