My My how things have changed since grand opening - no longer greeted at counter - manager never smiled or said hi - co workers seem in fear of manager who rules with iron communist fist - dirty tables n garbage container filled to top - my order was made at the time but wife had to wait for chicken to be cooked - that's ok - but after 15 minutes my wife stood there n then they asked can we help u - not like it was busy slammed in there , but apparently they forgot her - also pop machine floor dirty with crud on the floor - and again so much for the grand opening as this restaurant looks like all the other garbage restaurants now -

I went thur the drive thur at 9:02pm, i get you close in an hour or so but you didn’t put my order on the screen so I couldn’t tell you didn’t hear my order right. Love paying for food I cant eat. (Ordered chicken/white rice got beef/noodles) Double check your food before you drive off. Be better for your customers.

I ordered a family meal of teriyaki chicken and I was given only 2 packets of sauce for all that chicken. So a whole family is supposed to share those two sauces, really.
Amherst location is so freaking slow, I would recommending going to another location they seem abit clueless here in the drive thru cars wrapped around the building they took my order and the cars that were sitting in front of me haven't moved. for the prices you think you would have better service....

Short on the chicken terraky, the drive tru person doesn’t know how to take order kept on messy the order drove 17 miles to find out there missing my entree, call 16 times still didn’t answers the call .. you are stealing money from customer by not providing the services right ..

I've gone to the Panda Express in Avon about five times, food has been ok to just below ok. Enough for me to forget about it's average taste until I stop in six months later. Found this new location, at least new for me, and it's excellent. The three times I've been there in the past four weeks have always been great. Food is has been fresh every time and service is fast and good.

I go there all the time and everything was great. The last 3 times I went, they have shorted me on the entrees and they do not answer their phone. I won't be going there anymore after today!

Well, it wasn't quite to my taste buds. I'll stick with an actual Chinese restaurant/buffet because Panda Express is just not it and this was my first time ever trying this place and it will be my last.

Been here 4 times the first time it was great the last 3 times it was terrible they don't put all the food in your order 2 times out of 4 today was the second time tried calling no one answer's the phone
