For a chain restaurant the food is pretty good. The orange chicken is delicious, I just wish they'd do something about the bland fried rice

I truly disliked my food and experience here! 1st I was upset the lady behind the counter didn't have much info! So supposedly, you get 1 side and 2 entrees? I asked this maybe 3 times! She said to us no it's fine. But when we were rang up at the checkout; obviously I paid buku bucks for the extra!!!!!!! Also I got a side of crab ragoon! It was absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!! There was barely any filling inside and what I did taste was terrible!!!!!!!! I would NEVER order that again!!!!!!!! I don't know if the worker was new and didn't know much or if she was just careless? Regardless; I do know I won't ever be going back there! The rice was bland. The meat, chicken etc; it wasn't something I would desire or have a craving for!!!! I'm not a Panda Express fan for sure!

Some of the worst food I've gotten from a fast food restraunt before. Every piece was chewy. Most pieces had tiny TINY slivers of chickens in them and alot of them had no chicken at all.

Hoping I can get my money back, which I've never asked for before cause wow. was this awful.

Idk what happened to this place but it's severely dropped in quality since they've opened.

Avoid unless you enjoy being treated like an afterthought. I asked a normal question and the staff member shrugged and said ‘yeah’ — zero effort, zero manners. The food can’t save a place where employees treat customers like interruptions. Management: train your team or lose more business.”

they completely forgot we had pulled through the drivethrough for our food and we waited outside outside for 15 minutes until we pulled through again to the speaker and had to say what happened and they just said “oh your food is ready” why do all that when you could’ve just ran it outside in the first place. just a lack of respect and effort on the workers end. major attitude from whoever was working speaker. learn some respect and get some work ethic.

Got a plate with chicken teriyaki, beef broccoli, and super greens. Chicken and super greens were fine but they gave me 20 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. Rip off. And the broccoli was undercooked. Not good.

Got there when they opened and they didn't have all the food prepared yet so had to change our orders. There was a guy who was there a few minutes early and instead of letting him wait patiently they told him to move on. There were only 4 minutes until opening.
Dude drove away and I could visibly see he was upset that they wouldn't let him wait.
