We normally drive to Avon Penn Station but tried the Lorain location today. Bread looked white and was hard as a rock. I have never seen they're bread look like this. They also gave me the wrong sandwich... I specifically said NO MAYONNAISE and it was smothered in mayo, no black olives in store and I love Penn Station fries....until today. They weren't made fresh like most locations do. I found out when I got home they gave me the wrong sandwich and I was not going to drive back and chance it.
I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
I am a business owner as well.. And in todays market with so much competition; good management, good service and fresh, hot food IS A MUST.
This is not what I got. 👎

I had to wait more than 20 minutes while the restaurant was empty cuz the cook handed my food to a door dasher. When she was asked about it, she clearly stated she didn't care about it. So I had to wait 10 more minutes for my order to be remake.

Usually I love Penn Station and I always get the chicken teriyaki sandwich. I have been here twice since they opened and both time the sandwich was horrible. I don't know what it was but it just doesnt taste good. The sandwich was also dry like they forgot to put sauce on the sandwich both times. The sweet tea isn't very sweet either.

Staff was awesome! Clean location, and food was delicious. Don't ask for much, and this location hit it perfectly. New manager is taking pride and it shows.

Quick and tasty. Made to order with a few changes that they executed perfectly. Our first time going to a Penn Station will definitely be returning. Just don't expect it to look like the website as with any fast food marketing. Staff was very friendly quite

I got hired here and the GM had other intentions that I was not aware of upon being hired. Once hired I started work and went through the training. After 10 days I was terminated. The GM wanted me to be part of management which upon hired I informed her that I did not want to be part of management. Since I only worked 10 days, she told me that I was taking too long to learn the areas. There are 5 areas. I was trained on 2. I don't like shady and deceptive GM, s. During her conversation when hiring me she stated that I can take as much time as needed to learn the areas. But then you turn around and terminate me after 10 days and also had the audacity to tell me that you cut some of the other employees hours upon hiring me so I can get trained. If you had intentions on hiring me as a manager that is what should have been discussed in the interview. Also I should have been given training as a manager, not as a crew. Then you tell me that I can't work as a crew bc you have too many and that you needed closing managers. Shame on you. The sad thing about all this is there were a few employees that were awesome ppl. Then there were also a few employees that were cut like the GM. The assistant, imo, was the only honest person out of the bunch. Since you done me like my last GM done me, just remember that everything you do will crumble.
