Usually I love Penn Station and I always get the chicken teriyaki sandwich. I have been here twice since they opened and both time the sandwich was horrible. I don't know what it was but it just doesnt taste good. The sandwich was also dry like they forgot to put sauce on the sandwich both times. The sweet tea isn't very sweet either.

Quick and tasty. Made to order with a few changes that they executed perfectly. Our first time going to a Penn Station will definitely be returning. Just don't expect it to look like the website as with any fast food marketing. Staff was very friendly quite

Jose had such a good attitude in the middle of rush, then as soon as the line was cleared he jumped on the line and helped his coworkers. I was very impressed with how the staff handled being so busy.
