Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar

Love this location, I order a lot online (DoorDash) and pick it up so I don’t have to wait, however today I arrived to pick up my order and was told that someone else grabbed 1 of my 3 smoothies that I ordered. I asked how they knew my name and was told they can see the tickets on the counter so I would just like to make a suggestion that your employees should keep the tickets out of sight of customers and also maybe make customers show their receipt or order on their phone before they are allowed to take their order. I had to wait for them to make another smoothie, which I was in a hurry hence why I order online. The girls re-made my smoothie and apologized, handling everything appropriately. I would just like to make these suggestions to hopefully avoid this same mistake in the future

Great service! The wraps are delicious. The ginger shots are absolutely perfect. The Matcha Match smoothie is the best matcha offered in the area. The options for immunity booster etc. you can have added in are excellent. Thanks for being the best smoothie stop around!

Service here is ATROCIOUS! I have placed two order for over $60 on 2 separate occasions. They REFUSE to let me use the restroom both times. Obviously these girls don't want to deal w cleaning the restroom. I WILL NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER HERE AGAIN

overcharged me didn't make it right when I called acted like i was making a big deal about a dollar until it happens to multiple customers and they have tips from a drawer that was over at the end of the day. never had a problem until now and the manager did not make it right. will be going elsewhere, the one in ridgeville is REALLY nice!!! 💓

In response to the comment below I didn't want anything for free? your employee didn't check the order receipt to make sure I paid for what I asked so please explain how im making a big deal about 50 cents when it was your employee in the first place acting like I wanted something for free? also I had to charge my card which came out to be a dollar because again it was a big deal over 50 cents 😂 asking me if i wanted my money back while treating me poorly shouldn't have been a thing you should have automatically gave it back honest mistake or not you didn't make it right i'm the most down to earth person and you really took it to the extreme

Love the girls that work there.They are so sweet they are just absolutely amazing I definitely recommend this business. I am regular and they always take great care of me.

every time i go here there are always young ladys working and they are always very rude when taking my order, not very friendly smiles i feel like the spit in my smoothie sometimes

Veggie wrap with chicken was the best i’ve ever had. Hats off to Lexi. Great customer service, friendly, and efficient. That girl needs a raise!!!
