Best spot in Lorain and beyond for craft cocktails! All employees are very welcoming and friendly and they all know their stuff! Atmosphere is dark and cozy. No food, but they do have snacks such as little cheese balls, crackers and olives. Highly recommend!

This place is so fantastic! I never go anywhere else that greets every single person who walks in the door with such a genuine and friendly hello, be it their first time in or their fifty-first time in. The drinks are so thoughtful, fresh and the menu changes seasonally and there are so many unique, specially curated events here that just don't happen anywhere else in a fifty-mile radius. The first time I went I had probably the best cocktail I had ever had in my life. The awesome bartender was happy to share the recipe so I could make it myself at home if I wanted to. Speak of the Devil has ruined every other cocktail bar for me, but I'm not sorry. I now have a place where I feel at home.

Best neighborhood Bar in town! Owners Kurt and Page are well known by many, they show interest in getting to know their customers & care about the city and know what community means. All the Bartenders/staff rock it out every night. It's a great place to meet friends or just stop in and have one. Their entertainment nights from week to week, make it easy to choose from and have fun. It's endless of what they bring to their establishment! We love them 🫶

We have been here many times and always had a great experience. This last time we went, we were disappointed in the-trio pick. In the past, the olives were marinated olives and not out of the jar and the cheese ball was not up to par as it usually is. Still love this place and we will come back just bring back the marinated olives!
They no longer have a full kitchen, which is unfortunate, as their food was really good. I miss the flatbreads and street tacos. But they do have snacks and charcuterie that are still amazing, as everything SOTD does typically is, and there are several food options nearby. The staff is top-notch, offering the service and best cocktails in the area, and by "area" I mean the whole state of Ohio. They frequently offer pop-up kitchens, live entertainment, and other worthwhile events, and they're always worth attending. There's always a mixed crowd of friendly patrons, and everyone is always enjoying themselves immensely. Whenever we're at a loss for something to do, we'll just head to SOTD, have a few creative artisan cocktails, and enjoy the vive. Truly a hidden gem that I almost hate to review in fear of making seat availability even more limited. But seriously, great place. If you've never been there, and enjoy the best in adult libations, you definitely need to check them out. If there's an event, I recommend going early, and if you're staying a while, an Uber or D.D. might not be a bad idea. They're mixology is no joke.
Parking: Free parking on the street is available in front and nearby, and there are also several free lots in the immediate vicinity.

You even judged a book by it's cover ? I did for this place and once i stepped in i was definitely wowed! Despite its appearance on the outside it's very very spacious of the inside every staff member greeted us at every section of this bar front middle back patio very friendly don't really have to wait to order your drink. Super clean environment i felt extremely welcomed and would like to keep visiting more frequently ❤️
