We have used Spectrum Catering for a couple of our firm events and the food has always been delicious! The booking process is extremely easy and we will definitely continue to use their catering services in the future!

Spectrum Catering did a fabulous job when I needed food for a post funeral gathering. They set up the food very nicely and everything was delicious. Many people came up to me and told me how much they enjoyed the food. We had appetizers like the stuffed mushrooms and meatballs and a veggie tray and bruschetta. Everyone at Spectrum was very nice and helpful which made such a sad and emotional time easier for me. I would definitely recommend them.

Spectrum catered our wedding of about 65 guests this past weekend in Cleveland and did an excellent job (out of their Lorain location). We were going for a casual (self-serve food and drink) yet elegant setting, and they really came through for us! They were so responsive and helpful to work with as we were planning, as well.For the event, they not only setup the tables the day before so everything was ready to go, and took care of all the food (which was very good and offered a nice variety), but also offered to provide the extra staffing to refill the beverage station and serve the cake and ice cream throughout the evening. This was especially helpful, as we had some changes to our plan and having them step in to help with extra coverage was a huge relief.
The food was amazing when we did our trial but it was completely different when it showed up for our wedding. We also had a detailed conversation about the linens and how we wanted blue and purple napkins and white chair bows. There was no communication and they showed up with white and blue napkins and purple chair bows that didn’t match anything. The service was good but not impressed with the execution or difference in food.
