waited 20 minutes inside the establishment to finally receive two “hot” coffee cold. i’m very understanding with food industries an im understanding with wait time . very disappointing with the crew working , didn’t ask for a name for the orders , the barista knew she messed up when she said “ oh shit” and grabbed my order from the drive thru AFTER waiting 20 minutes for two standard coffees all while a worker off the clocks runs back and forth from behind the counter and get her order before paying customers.

Ordered drink and breakfast sandwich inside waiting 45min an asked for a refund an was handed a 4$ card but I already paid for a 5$ sandwich plus I dont want to go back would rather had my money back or the sandwich so I could eat. Like some other reviews say, staff up or at least treat the inside customer as good as the drive thru. Also had issues here before.

I generally don't leave negative reviews, but after my third consistent time spending longer than should ever be necessary in a drive thru i feel the need. I have had a few waits here and generally I don't complain because I'm not in a rush, but I came today to order at 6:15 pm prior to my 7 pm shift. It is currently 6:42 and I still have another car in front of me for two simple drinks. Now I'm worried I'm going to be late for my shift, which I should have had more than enough time to get to but instead have spent an absurd amount of time. It took several minutes for anyone to greet me at the drive thru screen as well. I'm not sure if the issue is staffing. As of right now, I can see at least 3 people inside. I don't want to be mean but this needs attention for people who cannot afford to spend 30 minutes waiting.

I purchased a hot drink yesterday, no cup sleeve. Service was just ok, waited too long for one coffee. I went in next day and so that I would not agrémiate my hand by holding the hot cup without the sleeve , I asked. They are out again. Cant Mngt order the necessary items for the store? Guess not. Service today, slow again. Dunkin Donuts coffee it is
