I am a Bucks fan and like that no matter where I go I can bet on an excellent chai tea made exactly how I like it. But a neighborhood Starbucks should be a warm and friendly place. This one is not that. They take care of business and that’s that. No sense of community building to stimulate business. In Louisiana they would provide coffee grounds to the gardeners and call you by name if you were a regular, and smile. This place lacks personality.

Said ice several times get to the window after long line and it’s hot. After already paying and adding tip. Lady at window gives an attitude. Ok whatever then after remaking two of the drinks they tasted like crap and burnt. Nothing like the sugar cookie latte is suppose to taste like. Worst Starbucks in the area. 30 bucks for bad service and crappy coffee.
Ask for for your coffee before adding tip and try it.

Ordered Carmel ribbon crunch frappe. It was awful. I had one for the first time off the turnpike, it was great. This was my second time ordering from Starbucks never again. I would never suggest going there.

Thank you Bridgette at the Lorain/Amhurst location for my experience. You were very pleasant, patient and helpful. My first experience was not and I almost stop coming. I messed up on an order and offered to pay for my mistake due to this being my first time around ordering coffee. The cashier was so annoyed with me and she didn’t hide it at all. Because of you I will continue to come and give you guys a second chance. Thank you again for great customer experience.
I get an ice coffee just about every morning and the workers here are awsome very friendly and fast specially the morning crew during the week is great!!

This is the Starbucks I go to most often as it is near my home and I have never had a bad experience here. My order is always correct and timely, both food and drinks. The staff are always polite and on task—I rarely wait very long. Today I went to pickup my drink and noticed there was no whipped cream on it. When I asked why, the barista nicely told me it’s because I had selected a non-dairy milk and she wasn’t sure if the whipped cream would be an issue. To me that shows that they are paying attention and really trying to make the drinks properly as ordered—which if you have an allergy, is very important.

Placed a mobile order at the said “open” store, got there to pick it up around 6:50 it said it would be done. And they store location was closed but it allowed me to place order and everything.

Well apparently they don't open their doors or even acknowledge a person at the door. Or answer the phones!! I just wanted a coffee while my hubby got a haircut next door. So pissed!!
I'm truly disappointed in my Starbucks experience. A course that atmosphere and the food is always consistent. Does a customer service was truly disrespectful to the Starbucks name. Between my wait time, am I drink water being incorrect by time I had the correct drinks they informed me one of the two sandwiches I requested when I first order was not available. ? as much as I love Starbucks I will not return to this location it was truly God awful

I never liked to write reviews but my husband took home a mocha frapp and just when I took a sip there was above the whipped cream a cockroach leg was so unpleasant that I ran to vomit, they should be careful in what they serve and in the cleaning of the place!!?!! I will never drink anything from that place again.
