I just go through drive thru and get a matcha. i noticed each time i get it it taste like milk, so i shoveled an extra 3$ to double the scoops. Sadly it still taste and looks exactly like milk, I don’t think they blend the matcha to better incorporate it into the milk and I also think they might’ve forgot to to add the extra scoops haha.

It’s chill tho they’re nice, just a bit sad about it.

Typical Starbucks atmosphere, but the gal who made my ice coffee was very delightful.

I usually have a fine experience here but this morning I ordered a breakfast item (spicy falafel wrap) and immediately after, got extremely sick sweating, vomiting, etc. 😥 nothing else in my diet has been different this week. Very concerning.

The coffee was excellent but the music was too loud. Had to take coffee to the car to be able to talk.

came in on April 26th at 6pm, I ordered a venti iced hazelnut shaken espresso with 1 pump classic syrup and cherry cold foam. i’ve ordered the same drink at various other shops & this one was just horrendous. i had kindly asked a barista to remake it and they proceeded to explain how the cold foam disintegrates because of the hot espresso shot (which it may but it never looks/tastes like this anywhere else) so i just asked for them to add some cherry cold foam on top and they threw the drink into a bigger cup and poured cold foam in and handed the LEFT drink to me. at this point i realized they just didn’t know how to make the drink so i left and ordered the same thing at a location i knew understood how to properly make this drink. the new one i ordered (RIGHT) is exactly as i expected it to be and as always i was pleased with that location’s work. poorly made drinks + rude baristas. i will not be returning to the leavitt road location.

What is happening at this store. Two days in a row I've gone for 1 simple drink thru the drive thru. First day the drink was horrible. It tasted like warm water instead of Chai tea. Second day I waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes for one drink. 17 minutes is ridiculous. Come on Starbucks. Get yourself together or my business will be taken elsewhere.

Sometimes, the service here is passable, but during my last visit six people were working behind the counter, including someone taking forever to put a new bag in a trash can, which was honestly just buffoonish and it took forever for a worker to even acknowledge me. Workers seem low energy and should not be prioritizing tasks like making coffee slowly or incompetent changing a trash bag to avoid helping customers. Not usually a great experience, but it does vary depending on who's working.

If I could give zero stars I would so me giving one star is me being generous I stop at this Starbucks regularly before work usually everytime the staff and service great but this morning a big built lady with tattoos and a short hair cut, with a they them name tag got an attitude with me over asking for a cup of ice at the window. Something that has never been a problem for me at this location before. So because of this I was very disheartened by this experience and will be going to dunkin instead.

Probably the greatest Starbucks experience I’ve had. Amazing customer service and the team was busting a love. P.s. Olivia was awesome!

I’m sorry but just no, this whole crew uses a third of their brains to make maybe a whole. A bunch of slow bimbos who just want a check 😭

I am a Bucks fan and like that no matter where I go I can bet on an excellent chai tea made exactly how I like it. But a neighborhood Starbucks should be a warm and friendly place.
This one is not that. They take care of business and that’s that. No sense of community building to stimulate business. In Louisiana they would provide coffee grounds to the gardeners and call you by name if you were a regular, and smile. This place lacks personality.
