Order on the app said it was ready for pickup. Lady at counter said I had no order for pickup even though I showed her that the location was right and it says ready for pickup. She said shrugged it off, ignored me, and went to other customers. Giving me a real headache since now I gotta call my bank to dispute the charge. No wonder this store has bad reviews, I don't blame them.

Everytime I get a sandwich here they mess it up. I can't have onions, so I don't select any. And somehow onions got on my sandwich?? Another time my sandwich looked like it was toasted 3 times. Another they put a tiny bit of sauce so the sandwich was very dry. I recommend NOT ordering here. I usually don't but I accidentally had this location selected on the subway app.
I have even gone to pick up before, I get there at the time it says it's ready. It's not done. 10 minutes later still not done.

I ordered the italiano hotshot sandwich TWICE on doordash, and both times it was made completely incorrectly with no meat. I walked up there and asked for it to be made correctly, and the young man working there pulled out a whole tray of moldy bread right in front of me, threw away 4 and tried to salvage 1 before throwing it away. They are clearly understaffed and didn’t have a manager, they seem like good people with good intentions but they should not be handling food in my opinion. The food on the line looked old and stale.

6:20pm today February 15th 2024 I went to subway at Walmart sandwich was good but my bread was hard as hell was breaking apart!!!! I guess it’s because they have young people 17 and 15 running the place!!! I go here all the time but it would be nice if I can get fresh bread instead of days old bread Smdh!!!! So I guess I have to go all the way back to Walmart to get my daughter and myself a fresh sandwich AGAIN!!!!

It's definitely disappointing when employees are rude and it can impact your overall dining experience. Customer service is an important aspect in the food service industry. The African American employee here needs training when dealing with the public. She’ seems to have a bad day everyday. I’ll probably never eat here again.
