Ordered from Uber Eats. Excellent service. Very good food and nearly packed. Bag was tamper sealed with a sticker and closed so people couldn’t access the food. Tasty grilled cheese burrito, excellent grilled technique and cheese was properly melted, with a neatly made cheesy potato. You could tell the people actually took the time to make it well and put care into how they assembled and packed everything. Great job! 👍

I am writing to detail an experience of truly abysmal service that requires immediate management investigation and action. My visit was marred not only by incompetence at the register but by an employee's shockingly inappropriate and insulting personal remarks. The initial issue began when placing my order. The cashier appeared completely untrained and struggled significantly to process a standard order, necessitating multiple attempts and long delays. It was clear they lacked the basic proficiency required to operate the point-of-sale system efficiently. However, the encounter devolved from poor service to outright hostility when the cashier, following the technical difficulties, made an unbelievably unprofessional and insulting comment. The employee actually insinuated that I was financially unable to complete my purchase. This is not only an egregious breach of customer service standards but a direct and malicious insult. To be openly shamed by an employee in front of the entire staff is completely unacceptable. This kind of unprofessional and classless behavior is grounds for immediate corrective action. i finally receive my order after manager came to fix it. only disappointment and offense. Management must address this specific employee's conduct immediately and ensure all staff receives proper training, not just in operating the register, but in basic respect and professionalism. I expect a response regarding how this serious matter will be handled.

this place was literally shit LOL we got our food basically thrown at us and like the drink machine was barely working and it was so disgusting and the bathrooms had like a code on them?? like a code doorknob and there was also like a window just in the place and a camera facing the customers at the counter ??? i don't think anybody is trying to rob this shitty taco bell but ok bye

The lady named Shayla in the drive through window and speaker was absolutely disrespectful, throwing a fit because I CLEARLY said 6 tacos and not a 12 pack, also gave me attitude because I was talking to my passenger in the car and she thought I was ordering even though I told her I wasn't, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY

Ignorant I placed a door dash got my food everything looked like it was thrown in the bag chips all over everything and then I ordered I bunch of sauce and they gave me 3 like three sauces is going to be enough for a big order do better man I get that I ordered an excessive amount of sauces but you could have put like a little handful but you put 3
