The lady named Shayla in the drive through window and speaker was absolutely disrespectful, throwing a fit because I CLEARLY said 6 tacos and not a 12 pack, also gave me attitude because I was talking to my passenger in the car and she thought I was ordering even though I told her I wasn't, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY

Ignorant I placed a door dash got my food everything looked like it was thrown in the bag chips all over everything and then I ordered I bunch of sauce and they gave me 3 like three sauces is going to be enough for a big order do better man I get that I ordered an excessive amount of sauces but you could have put like a little handful but you put 3

I had a long night at the hospital and woke up wanting T-bell breakfast.
I called because I couldn’t figure out where to find their breakfast hours and at 10:35 AM, I was told breakfast is over.
Being only a minute away from this location, I was really disappointed to see online that breakfast ends at 10:45. Then my boyfriend goes there to try anyways, and breakfast is sold out. He made it there at about 10:39. So which is it? Is it over or sold out?
If you can’t provide honesty in a customer service role, you should really go work in the kitchen. She sounded miserable on the phone, and I get it, you work at Taco Bell. However, if you’re going to be miserable you should at the very least try not to make those around you miserable.

I ordered toco bell last night from the oberlin store and there was a long white hair in my toco .they should wear hair nets there that's disgusting
Went to Taco Bell and they would not take our order because they were doing DoorDash and mobile only and the website says they are open till 2 AM

Tbh idk where to start I order the meal and was missing a taco and I got little bit of chips and I took a drink of my drink it was flat I told them no chicken on one my tacos but they gave me chicken,I open up my taco to put sauce on my tacos there was a hair,when I called up there they told me it was my hair I have red hair not black this ain’t the first time my stuff is missing but it was late and I was hungry.im disgusting im over it

Food is always dry. No freshness to the taste at all. Staff is always kind.
Parking: The design of the whole lot should have been planned better or a better location should have been sought out. Outside lights are never on. Poor visibility for both safety of customers and employees alike. Location of main driveway entrance is to close to an intersection creating issues for people who are leaving and trying to enter the establishments very minimal parking.
