Honestly disappointing. Fries are so hard and cold with the container not even full, and chicken is so over cooked it’s like jerky. Genuinely disgusted, on top of them making us wait for the food it should have been done right.

Worst taco bell, I have ever been to....either your order is incorrect or they ran out of something or its slop when you open bag, and go to eat it. Or they ran out of sauce or don't give you any after you had asked for it. Seems like you can't find good help anymore? But their quick to ask you to round up your bill. This is the one that is on Oak Point rd and Rt 2 in Amherst. Fairly new place but it needs work. I don't recommend it.

I told myself about 2 years ago I would never go to Taco Bell again because their food has fallen below standard quality.... They're so big My review will not impact them at all.... You get about a teaspoon of meat in their tacos, their chicken quesadilla is miniscule for $7...8 no way! I tried their chicken tenders, I should have taken pictures... Half breaded half not breaded completely dried out, about half an ounce of chicken, tiny.... I cannot believe they would even serve that to people... French fries were cold, though I like them. Ice-T, room temperature. Taco Bell used to be a phenomenal place for tacos, They cornered it... Nope, not anymore! Junkie cheap food. Once again maybe I'll forget in 3 years. Lol.

It's incredibly annoying that the bathrooms are now locked, it's pretty tough to get member of staff to open them. No disrespect to the staff, they are very busy, but I don't know why taco bell hq would make such an annoying decision

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service..went inside to order, was asked if I was ordering or picking up. I said, I wanted to place an order and she just left back to the pickup window. I wasn’t told there were kiosk until 4 mins later, no sense of urgency and total lack of respect.

First time I’ve been to a tbell in years! Thank you to the very sweet lady in the drive thru window who gave my dogs a bunch of dog treats! So thoughtful and they were so excited!! You are so kind—tacos, staff, and dog treats deserve 5 stars!

Waited forever in drive thru, owner needs to hire and train some staff.
Stop by there today. I was standing there and no one would take my order. The manager even helped an employee log in at the cash register in front of me and didn't even acknowledge me. He didn't ask if I needed anything or if I would like to order. I left without a word being said.

this tbell was the best one around for a while but something changed the last week or two. i’m sure it has something to do with food cost so my assumption is they just started to give people less than they pay for so they don’t get in trouble anymore. not to mention they just didn’t melt the quesadilla at all lmfao

The fact that I was just there and there was no nobody else in the drive thru line, I accidentally got into the “mobile app only” line , had no idea and the guy had the worst attitude and wouldn’t take my order because I was in the wrong line so I drove off since he wanted to be an asshole at a dead store
