HORRIBLE SERVICE! The employees are weirdly aggressive and rude. The wait for both dine in or take out is OUTRAGEOUS. 30+ min. The floors were dirty. Typical Lorain I guess.

I think the portions are worth the money, and also I would say they are one of the better tasting chain options. I would and will definitely go back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I got sick yesterday 30 minutes after eating their food. I normally get their fried cheesecake which I LOVE. But I decided to eat the loaded tots and cheese curds. I’m not a fan of cheese whiz so I didn’t eat all of the loaded tots. But I noticed 30 minutes later I got sick. I thought it was the flu. But upon further investigation I’m realizing it was food poisoning. The service wasn’t bad, but I would never eat there again.

The employee took it out on me because the customer pulled their order. Unbelievable customer service

One of the best Phillies I've ever had

I wasn’t going to come in because of the reviews but I’m glad I didn’t let them stop me, we ordered the ultimate and the whiz cheesesteak & fries and they were both soooooo good omg we will definitely be back! The person working the front was helpful and nice, I couldn’t even finish the whole sandwich I was full off the first half!

I've ordered from here multiple times now. The food is flavorful and filling portions. The lunch combo is what I normally get. It's a good value. The menu has plenty of options. The staff is alright and could be more friendly. Would be a good spot to sit in. The place is clean, bright, and nicely decorated.
