Worst service we have had in a very long time. Waited 15 minutes for a server to even come to our table and had to flag one down - then after waiting over an hour for our food, and having to ask where it was - we were told that the kitchen was behind due to a large party. I worked in the service industry for many years and while I completely understand that happens - people who arrived and ordered after us were already served and their plates cleared. We were never given an update or even refills on our drinks. We were under a time crunch as we came by boat and needed to leave before we had to boat back in the dark. The manager came out to apologize, which was appreciated, but then still charged us $24 for soft drinks and a pretzel. Unbelievable.

Had our sons graduation party upstairs at the event space. Was a beautiful venue with great views. The space was perfect. Food was great as always and everything worked out as planned. Stacy was great to work with and made the whole process pretty easy. Definitely would rent the space again. Was very reasonable.

What a shame Avon let go of this precious gem. The food and atmosphere are one of a kind. Kevin, the bar tender, gave the best recommendations and was attentive to every need we had. Make sure when you stop in you say hi! Bonus points: I was able to watch the sunset from the back patio.

I eat low carb high protein so I got the roasted romaine lettuce salad. It came with roasted tomatoes, red peppers, and caramelized onions. I added the cod for protein. It was fabulous 10 out of 10. It was seasoned well and I did not need any dressing. I was also happy that they had seltzer (liquid vacation ) on draft that was very tasty and did not even taste like a seltzer. Low carb options very much appreciated!!

We drove 30 miles only to find out they were closed for construction! Nothing mentioned on their website and the people were very dismissive with an "oh well" attitude. 2024 customer service at it's finest. Not impressed, and neither was the folks who came in after us!
