Gosh, where do I begin. Let’s just say that the service and the ambiance DOES NOT correlate with the price of the food. They do not have an entree that is under $20. Please see the photos. You’ll see that we’re sitting on old church pews, the menus are on printer paper on a clipboard, the ceiling is falling apart, the tables look like they’re from an old diner and the overall energy of the place feels so dead. It was a Saturday night and the place was mostly empty. Every time we asked the waitress a question, she had to go ask someone else. She was not familiar with the menu at all! I can see the potential with this place but it needs some serious work.

Out of towners here, from Wisconsin. Still clearly in the Midwest though. Greeted with friendly smiles, and although it was clearly busy we had great service from the time we walked in until we left. Our server Orlando was new, but did great. And Lexi served up the best sangrias. I had the perch for dinner -YUM. Definitely worth checking out for the food and service.

This is a hidden gem in Lorain! The food was excellent, cooked to perfection with lots of flavor & large portions! Drinks were strong & tasted great. I recommend the mushroom Swiss, best tasting mushrooms I’ve ever had. Flavor was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I went in for lunch. We both chose the special Salad with chicken. It was so flavorful. Loved the presentation. Raspberries, feta cheese, wonton strips. It was delicious.... I will go again. ♥️

There is clearly a staffing crisis in this place, like there is everywhere. But, you owe it to your clients to let them know. Don't just seat people and then ignore them. Everyone would understand if you simply stated that you can only offer bar service at this time. We and 2 other tables finally left when it became obvious that there was no wait staff. Please do better and good luck with the issue. We won't be back.

went here for Easter brunch, the prime rib was $3 more over menu price for a shaved, well done, under seasoned piece of roast beef. 2 days later I'm finally able to eat again. my stomach was so messed up from the poor quality of food. my family and I were very disappointed as there were good reviews. We will not be returning.

The service here, as far as serving in a timely manner, is the worsttttttttt I've EVERRRR experienced‼️ I WILL NEVER EVER come here again? NOBODY & I do mean NOBODY ever came to our table to see if we needed more coffee. We had to keep getting the waitress attention & she would always take at least 15 to 20 mins to bring us anything. The food wasn't even tasty. Barely any seasoning. They took like 30 mins to bring us the check & return my card to me. They took sooo long in everything they did. We sat at that table for 2 whole hours smdh I WAS HIGHLY UPSET! I HAD THINGS TO DO BUT IM FOR CERTAIN I WILL NEVER BRING THEM MY MONEY AGAIN. I'VE NEVER WENT TO A RESTAURANT & WAITED THAT DAMN LONG FOR SERVICE. HORRIBLE!!!! && we were the only minorities there, so I believe that played a major part. There was people that came after us but left before us because they received special services.

Loved our lunch today at Union Town Provisions. The delicious meatloaf sandwich was served with a generous portion of (in my opinion) perfectly cooked fries. The portion was more than enough for lunch - so we took some home. The salmon salad included a yummy mix of tomatoes, peppers, Kalamata olives, hearts of palm…. I enjoyed the BLAT - Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato sandwich, also served with a large helping of those great fries.
The service was outstanding - shout out to the amazing staff! we will definitely be back.

Wow! My wife and I had the most delectable meal at Union Town on Valentine’s Day! We ordered the famous meatloaf and the curried lamb chop with spatzel special. We couldn’t decide which was better. In addition, the sides of fresh roasted vegetables and the creamy spinach were out of this world. The service was also perfect! Thanks Shawn and Lexi!
