Refused me service because I wasn’t able to pick up 2 bite size pizzas the day before due to card messing up willing to pay cash today and was not given service. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED will not be spending my money with them any longer!

Pizza wasn't like it used to be. It was cooked a little hard, didn't taste fresh and definitely didn't have that Frans twang! I'm not understanding what was going on with the crust🤦🏾Management is never willing to work with you when you have a problem. The pizza is expensive and should be made to be compatible with the price! I'm looking for a new pizza spot! Any ideas?
Missing meal, cheese so thick and heavy it wouldn't even stay on the pizza, soggy toppings, ice cold sauces for hot bread (lied and said it must have gotten cold on the drive home, we live 30 seconds down the road 🤔😂), EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional owner. We called to find out where our other meal was, he argues saying we ordered sauce, therefore I didn't even get to eat the dinner I ordered. We mention the issue with the pizza, he argues and says we're wrong. lol Complete joke for customer service. Should have listened to others who told us it wasn't good. Lesson learned. 🤷🏼♀️

The pizza is good but the sausage is ridiculously way too big for the pizza. Very exaggerating! I don't eat sausage but if I did, I still wouldn't have eaten that.
