Usually good service. Got dinner tonight, my hard taco shell was old and stale.
I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito, and they gave me a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Very upset as im 36 weeks pregnant and was craving a double beef burrito. I don't have the time or the energy to go back to the restaurant and get a new order.
Also I'd like to point out the burrito I ordered is $3 and the one they gave me is $1.50. I'm not mad about a buck 50, but its the principle.

Taco Bell is a hit-or-miss dining experience, depending on the staff working that day. The service is good and usually prompt, with a super friendly staff that is patient and eager to solve any problems. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing, with orders never missing things. The atmosphere is enhanced by music and holiday decorations, though the lobby can be filled with loud, disrespectful unaccompanied minors. Parking is ample, with easy access and designated disability spots.
