I was in the drive thru yesterday morning 9/18/24 1:08 am. My tow truck fit in the drive thru and the food was good. And the 2 ladies working was smiling and having a good time!! 5 star

I went during a busy time but had to utilize the drive thru since I had my dog in the car with me. There was a little bit of a wait, but it wasn't terribly long. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee that were very good. However, my order of hasbrowns were still frozen in the middle. I know it was likely because they were in a rush due to the abundance of customers (several that seemed very impatient) and normally this location is spot on with everything. I hope they had a calmer day.

If I order no whip cream. I mean no whip cream. Its more like chocolate milk. Cold but not frozen. Just throwing the 10 munchkins in the bag is kind of crazy to me. After spending $18 here. Do better.

You know, you’d think making coffee wouldn’t be that difficult but that seems to not be the case. I have never spoke out about my experience but I believe it is time to do so now. This Dunkin in particular is never consistent with coffee and almost always misses an ingredient even though it’s ON THE LABEL! I understand if they’re rushed and forget once but this has happened too many times to count! I thought it would be nice to be able to not travel so far for good coffee but that hasn’t been the case. I have been getting Dunkin consistently for years now and the times I’ve went to this location have been extremely disappointing. I will say this to anyone who is in this area and that is willing to travel, the Dunkin on Fulton dr is 100% better and almost always consistent!
Have been to two locations now and they did not have the supplies to be able to provide the Dunkalatte! This was the location in Canton Ohio and the location in Clermont 4 corners area.
The drink is advertised everywhere but not prepared to anticipate the demand for the popularity of this drink! Tragedy!
Additionally...the Florida location needs to offer the bismark.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I sadly come here more often than I’d like because it’s the closest but the coffee is inconsistent and watered down. The food like the croissants or stuffed bagels are always cold on the inside. They have no sense of urgency in the drive through it’s really just all around bad. The workers are very nice, though so I will give them that!

Whoever was working this morning needs some serious retraining. Over 20 minutes of waiting just for them to tell me that they were out of milk. People coming in complaining that their orders werent right. When it’s other people working in the mornings everything goes smoothly but this crew definitely not. Yall only got 2 stars cause my coffee was right.
