They are robbing you. They take quite literally over 10 minutes to make half full iced coffees now. They will hand it to you, not somewhat half full, but -literally- half full and their managers will tell you that it is correct. The drive thru line wraps around the building. They are slow, cause traffic jams on the very busy road adjacent to them every single morning, and are just generally an inconvenience to Louisville in a way that other restaraunts are not.

I have never been disatisfied at this location . The absolute best service in an high traffic area . Product always spot on .

Update: It used to be a good place. but now the quality of service is taking a nose dive. Regualrly missed and messup order items. Rude when confronted. I hope someone take notice and talk some sense that customer service is the key to any successful place.

When I walked into Dunkin’, I said hi to one of the girls with curly hair, but she just gave me a look and didn’t respond. The other staff members were busy, and she was just standing there. It wasn’t until another employee reminded her that she came over to take our order, and she didn’t seem very willing to help. Really bad service. The attitude keeps getting worse.

This is unacceptable for what you pay
I go to dunkin way too much but this one every time I come through I get great customer service but they always mess up one of my drinks. I would understand if it's once in a while but it's every time I go there. This time I got the peppermint mocha hot chocolate but they used coffee instead of hot chocolate. You can taste and smell the difference immediately. Don't recommend for drinks and the food is decent half the time.

How does a coffee shop run out of espresso? I don't know but this one does. In addition to lengthy waits and messed up orders I have been there twice no and no espresso. Smh. Update: gave it another try- they had everything this time but still a bad attitude and lengthy wait.
I’ve gotten drinks and donuts and they are always perfect but anytime I order some kind of sandwich. The bread is always burnt and hard and the Meat or eggs are cold and never cooked. If I wanted something from Dunkin food wise, I would have to drive at least 20 minutes away, just to be satisfied

I used to go to dunkin ALLLL the time. Now? Not so much. I live 2min from this dunkin and order food and coffee through the drive thru, 9/10 my order is wrong. My previous visit, i received ICE cold hashbrowns.. loaded and regular. I call, whoever i spoke to took my first and last name so this last time when i went she said there is no name written down and she can only comp me for the regular hashbrowns which mind you… i PAID for regular AND loaded. But its my fault noone kept a tabbon messed up orders? Not to mention wait times are TREMENDOUS.

I’m at this location 2x a day these new crews gotta get there crap together my coffee has been wrong and terrible even after remaking it 3-4 times.
I know this is a weird flex, but I **only** eat at the fast food places here in Louisville. Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
This place is the worst fast food joint in town. When they're not forgetting half the items, (I'm not overexaggerating, multiple times we will order 6 things, and only 3 things will be in the bag,) they'll be making coffees differently every day, the bagels will be hard and cold, they'll be sold out of random things, and Ive seen a particular manager being rude as heck to other people (not myself) completely unwarranted. The list of problems goes on.
I just hope the franchise owner or the appropriate people actually read these and are looking to make a positive change.
