-Atmosphere: tables and floors dirty
-Service: slow and incorrect. Only reason they checked on my order was because the lady in front of us complained that her mobile order, which she ordered 30 mins prior, complained.
-Food: Drinks, which were obviously made well before hot food were no longer frozen. Terrible. Soggy hash browns, burnt bagel and cold egg sandwiches.

Very slow slow service was in line for 20 min. This is EVERY TIME I GO! Every time they say “sorry we ran out of like everything” or something along those lines. I work in the kitchen so I understand but this should not happen every day when you have 5 people in the drive through and one person inside it should never take you 20 min to make 2 coffees. Meanwhile you’re just standing there watching the other staff members make drinks. Maybe GO HELP THEM!

Louisville Ohio Dunkin’ Donuts. Got stale donuts at 8 am. I was dumb enough to eat one. Tasted like two or more days old. I was puking by noon. 🤢 don’t eat there.

I was in the drive thru yesterday morning 9/18/24 1:08 am. My tow truck fit in the drive thru and the food was good. And the 2 ladies working was smiling and having a good time!! 5 star

I went during a busy time but had to utilize the drive thru since I had my dog in the car with me. There was a little bit of a wait, but it wasn't terribly long. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee that were very good. However, my order of hasbrowns were still frozen in the middle. I know it was likely because they were in a rush due to the abundance of customers (several that seemed very impatient) and normally this location is spot on with everything. I hope they had a calmer day.

If I order no whip cream. I mean no whip cream. Its more like chocolate milk. Cold but not frozen. Just throwing the 10 munchkins in the bag is kind of crazy to me. After spending $18 here. Do better.

You know, you’d think making coffee wouldn’t be that difficult but that seems to not be the case. I have never spoke out about my experience but I believe it is time to do so now. This Dunkin in particular is never consistent with coffee and almost always misses an ingredient even though it’s ON THE LABEL! I understand if they’re rushed and forget once but this has happened too many times to count! I thought it would be nice to be able to not travel so far for good coffee but that hasn’t been the case. I have been getting Dunkin consistently for years now and the times I’ve went to this location have been extremely disappointing. I will say this to anyone who is in this area and that is willing to travel, the Dunkin on Fulton dr is 100% better and almost always consistent!
