The food is overpriced. They are charging high end steakhouse prices yet there is nothing high end about it. Morton’s dry aged ribeye is the same price and in a diffrent league. The half priced filet was good but at full price it is also overpriced. The restaurant itself needs updated. It feels like a mom and pop 15$ a place restaurant, not a high end restaurant at all. Yet the price makes you think it should be high end steakhouse. The bar mirror was filthy. The prices online are not the same when you get there either. They are higher. The menus are 5lbs wood blocks that are ridiculous and impossible to look at. Service was great, thank god for that. My wife and I have a bellyache and will not return. I hope the people in this little town can get out and actually get an amazing steak one day for the same price.

I had an incredible dining experience at Scratch Steakhouse! The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and had just the right blend of elegance and comfort. The food was absolutely top-notch — every bite was a delight. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The sides were just as impressive, each one prepared perfectly. It’s clear that attention to detail and quality ingredients are a priority here. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a phenomenal meal in a great setting, this is it. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

I finally had dinner at Scratch Steakhouse (after following on social media since they opened) on December 5th. The entire dining experience was INCREDIBLE. Intimate atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, and I ate every bite of that delicious meal. If you're in the Louisville area, I don't recommend going anywhere else for dinner!

Our first visit this evening was a birthday celebration. Ribeye and pasta entrees were both delicious. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. We will be back .

I’m dreaming of my meal…can’t wait to go back!

We just discovered our new favorite date night spot, and wow, what an incredible experience! At first glance, the venue seems pretty unassuming, but don't let that fool you—everything was top-notch! Our server, Heidi, was absolutely delightful. She patiently accommodated my order changes with a smile, making us feel like we were the only ones that mattered.

And the steak? Simply phenomenal! I opted for the dry aged strips, and it was hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever tasted! To top it off, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, an incredibly friendly guy who clearly loves what he does. We couldn't resist trying the seasonal pumpkin crème brûlée that Heidi recommended, and let me tell you, it was the perfect sweet finish to our fabulous night. We are already planning to come back tomorrow!

So expensive for unseasoned food, this place isn’t worth any amount of money you have. Very disgusting no taste. Will not be here again. $31 for a small portion ? Do better.

We attended a wine tasting with a specialty paired menu....absolutely amazing! Kudos to the chef, he definitely is top notch!

My husband and I went here on a whim for a date night. It is quite small inside but cozy. We were not sure what to really expect given the menu and prices but man did they deliver!! Some of the BEST food I have eaten in a long time. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, cooked and presented beautifully! We will definitely be back to eat here soon! Highly recommend!

Ordered a $50 bone in ribeye medium rare and received a medium cooked cut of meat that would be a $20-$25 charge anywhere else. Server was outstanding and offered to swap but we didn't have time.
