The Loveland Madeira location is always messing up orders. And they give you very small portions, half the time you go there and they are closed and only taking online orders. But when you get your online order it’s messed up or super small. Or missing items. I will not be back to this location. It’s absolutely terrible.
1st attempt. 12/23/2021
Out of sour cream, out of fajitas, out of tomatoes, out of guacamole, and out of lettuce. and rice was undercooked.
2nd attempt-12/27/2021
Waited a long line. Stood in chipolte for over 1 hour.
I was finally at the counter and their systems went down and had to call IT.

Out of white rice.
No taco shells
I left
I called the store to complain and the phones where busy tone.
So apparently Chipotle claims THEY offer delivery. Well just a heads up, although they advertise this, it is NOT the case. They actually outsource this to door dash so not sure what actually changed for them other than the ability to claim they offer delivery but when they screw up the order they get to absolve themselves of any responsibility. Chipotle does not offer delivery they they are just a door dash middleman. Furthest thing from convenient for anybody but Chipotle
