Dearest Reader,I delight to inform you that my experience with Loveland Chipotle was indeed phenomenal. While normally one to not shy away from the public, I decided to do what is known as an "online order" for myself and my companion.Quite famished, we chose from a plethora of options, our tastebuds dancing in anticipation of what was to come. Taking the carriage, my companion slipped in, took our completed order and made haste back to our humble abode.And what a feast...

Food was all over the counters. Cashier was focused on his friends who were sitting near. He was running back and forth to them and back up to the counter. The tables was dirty. No one cleaned them the whole time I was there. I cleaned my own. He was talking ? and texting. Everyone else stayed behind the counters talking. No one seemed to be managing the place. I couldn't take it, I packed up and left. No longer hungry.

The quality has taken a bit of a nose dive recently. The rice has been undercooked and crunchy too. We used to frequent this location out of convenience but after three chances, we will favor the Milford store.
