Worst experience ever, you have these two disgusting managers yelling at their employees and customers. I don’t recommend this place, hope you don’t visit this place, the new managers here are the worse. I prefer having Micheal back if that’s possible. The business needs attention asap. They put their hands in the drink, foods are made cold. The wait is forever took me 40 minutes to get a drink and bacon egg and cheese on a croissant.

I used to come to this location to get my morning coffee. Always a long wait at drive through to place an order even with an empty parking lot and no other cars at drive through. Staff is rude and annoyed by customers, taking orders acting as if they are doing you a favor. Good food and drinks, but the worst customer service.

Went inside told machine will take 7 mins to reboot, went to drive through, waited 30 mins in the drive through and then got wrong drinks. Terrible service overall
The food is fine but for the love of God please change the parking lot, it is the worst piece of architecture ever put on earth

Put in a mobile order for three coffees two cocoa mocha and a cookie type one. I sat in an empty drive through for two minutes or more waiting to get acknowledged at the speaker, then when I pulled up to the window for what reason I don’t know but the one was made plain and the other was fixed up. All I said was this one is supposed to be the signature one like this one here. They took the drink back fixed it but when I said thank you as they handed it back instead of saying anything back I got met with him slamming the slide door shut on me. I understand that people can have bad days but you still should be professional

Had just fasted 12 hours for a blood test. Afterward the blood draw I was hungry so my first stop was Dunkin for a coffee and ham-Swiss slider. I did a mobile order and picked it up inside. The order was ready and correct. The food was good and I had little interaction with staff. It was a good experience and really hit the spot.

I usually get coffee (black), but today I got the hot tea (no cream or sweeteners) and it was really good. Have visited many times and will plan to visit many more.
They were out of most of their doughnuts . Is that why they took Donuts off of their name? They close way too early. Great Matcha tea. I miss the open 24 hours/day Dunkin.

Ordered drink with less ice and came with regular ice. You can see the lines on the cup to where they do regular and less ice.
Came in to pick online order to coughing mean looking woman who handed me my drink, weird, will not be returning, must have had a manager or franchise change, been coming for yrs, up until now

Due to a malfunction in the app my order was sent to a store 2 miles away and when I tried talking to the manager there; he very rudely told me "it's not my problem" I've since got my refund but ill never go to dunkin after this piss poor experience
