Due to a malfunction in the app my order was sent to a store 2 miles away and when I tried talking to the manager there; he very rudely told me "it's not my problem" I've since got my refund but ill never go to dunkin after this piss poor experience

The guy at the window did not speak one word to me. They gave me cold ham and cheese croissants. The egg and cheese croissant was cold. I tried to call them to let them know what was going on so they could warm other people's food and they won't answer their phone. 0 out of 10 on customer service.
