I just moved here and placed my first order here. My experience was absolutely awful for delivery. I waited over an hour for my food, called to see what was going on to find out my order was placed on hold because the address was wrong. They went to a similar sounding street. They told me that I would have to wait another hour so they can remake my food and send it back out or just cancel it. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and condescending, no customer service skills. Make snarky remarks every time I asked a question until it got to the point where I got upset.

We have visited at least a dozen times, but tonight was an all time best. Our server, Hunter was awesome in all categories. Super friendly, helpful, and fast. He definitely deserves some recognition for going above and beyond. The food was great as always and we will be back again soon.

I just do pick up here. Other than the occasional error, it is pretty good. We pick up there at least monthly. I will say that it has more errors than Goshen.

This place is wildly inaccurate for delivery orders. Also, when you order garlic bread, they bring you just bread.

Ordered 1 pizza, it was sent to wrong location. The driver said he would have his store fix the issue and my pizza was sent to another WRONG address. I then tried to just order another pizza and the lady taking my order was very disrespectful, she transferred me to management and I spent 20 minutes on hold. Then I received a phone call 10 minutes later saying the call center declined my order and I had to call again to order my pizza. The new lady taking my order then proceeded to argue with my boyfriend over what our address is like we don’t know what it is, lady we live here. So we will see if I even get my pizza. Very disappointed in the customer service.
