We ordered the crispy pan crust pizza...wasn't crispy, but the flavor was good. Toppings saved it! The wings were ok. Middle of the road in my opinion.

Admittedly, I'm born and raised in Cincy, so I'm biased in favor of LaRosa's. That said, I'd consider the Loveland location one of the best. While we typically order delivery, every time we dine in, it's super clean and the staff is always friendly. As it relates to delivery, it's prompt and the food is hot. Delivery driver, Michelle, in particular, is always quick, professional, and a friendly face!

I just moved here and placed my first order here. My experience was absolutely awful for delivery. I waited over an hour for my food, called to see what was going on to find out my order was placed on hold because the address was wrong. They went to a similar sounding street. They told me that I would have to wait another hour so they can remake my food and send it back out or just cancel it. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and condescending, no customer service skills. Make snarky remarks every time I asked a question until it got to the point where I got upset.
