We placed an order at Loveland Larosas it came not as ordered and late and missing certain items. We called and spoke w/ the service advisor and basically said we don’t know how to do the online ordering!
No sauce on the spaghetti dinner, maybe 2 tablespoons nothing worse than dry pasta! No sauce on the hoagy maybe 1/2 teaspoon ordered pickles they were missing as well as
No salad dressing,
Ordered no tomato and onion but still got it and it was 30 mins late
I have a lot of family members that have worked at Larosas and a lifelong experience w/ Larosas and it’s a little annoying that I get blamed for subpar food because I placed an order and spent my hard earned money to purchase their product

What a joke. Driver threw our pizza in the snow and didn't hit the doorbell or knock? $17 tip when I had it at $7? That's theft.

What a horrible pizza, actually made me sick, tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for days. Used to love this place, but Jesus, I’ve never felt more sick from a pizza place before.

Emma was amazing! Super friendly and always checking in with us. Food was good and kitchen was fast. One of the best LaRosa’s locations in Cincy!
